Terrible service. If you have an option, go to some other agency. Theres one Sukamal working there, whose exact role or responsibility, is difficult to be determined. But looks like hes the one who handles customer complaints. Hes rude, uncooperative and complete loser. He once told me that no complaints can ever touch him. I wonder what the owner of the agency has to say to this. He should certainly take more interest to find out if his employees are doing their jobs.

Dubious dealings.The delivery guy is a person who pestets people for money.He take 60 to 70 rupees extra every time.Puja bonus is again extra.Then there will be new guys the nxt two months who demand puja bonus.No clue of cylinder if payment is made online
