Very worst experience with their work. They arent at all professional. Never ever satisfy any need. Never response to phone calls, emails etc. Staffs just sitting by, but still wont pay attention to work. Their behaviour seems very much masterly as they have given the amount of loan. Third class. If there would be any chance to give minus star, I would do that.

I want to increase my emi and after several emails, they did not response.

Wish there had been an option of negative rating. Staff and people from organisation response as per their likelihood. Making me feel as if i am their mercy for any information required.
