One of the best restaurants in Hamburg, actually my favorite. The menu is flexible: German food, Hamburgers, Salads, etc. The beer selection is amazing and tasty. The staff is always cool and Friendly. The are vegan and vegetarian options. The are more than one location in Hamburg, so one can choose. Very recommended, they usually give a licor for free at the end of a big meal.

Newest addition (2019) to the Hatari restaurants in Hamburg. Traditional food from southern Germany with an emphasis on vegetarian and vegan meals. Fair prices, service was pretty slow but friendly.This branch does not have sauerkraut / pickled cabbage on its menu.

The location and food were good but service was bad. We were sitting outside and asked politely if and when there is a place available inside please let us know. The guy simply said NO. Once it started raining they didnt even check on their customers.

I made a reservation over the phone and as we arrived I was asked if I actually did call, which number and at what time, since they did not find my reservation, because they were not able to write either my name properly or write us for a table at all...Let’s say I didn’t call at all, do you really ask a customer for proof that they made a reservation?Not only that, 25 minutes after and our order was not taken...Pretty sad that such a cool place with such good food gets these kind of reviews due to their waiters not caring.

Spätzle is only salad in the plate. Schnitzel is good. Service is reasonable.

Sehr lecker! Die Aperitifs waren wirklich hervorragend und auch die Burger/Pommes haben super geschmeckt. (Auch vegetarische und Vegane Burger) Der Sevice war nett und schnell. Besonders cool fand ich, dass man zwischen kleinen und großen Burger wählen konnte und das es extra Nichtraucher Tische im Außenbereich gab. alles in allem eine super Erfahrung:)

Had probably just not caught the right evening. We had to wait quite a long time and the food was just not as good as expected.

The colleagues were very friendly.The small burgers are unfortunately not recommended: the bun is not a brioche (more of a dry version of a McDonalds burger - rather the lowest level) and the patti was also dry. The fries are unfortunately more like in a bad chip shop.Overall, savings are likely to be made and not so much emphasis is placed on quality.I tried the big burger at my friends, it was much better.The atmosphere, on the other hand, is relaxed and nice!

Eppendorfer Weg: Definitely book a table in advance! In great demand. Not without reason! Very good food - also for vegans! Otherwise burger 🍔 and giant schnitzel. Great selection of beers and drinks. Come again. Staff very accommodating and has fulfilled all wishes quickly.

Favorite restaurant. The service is super personable, open-minded and fits perfectly into this casual HH flaire. Food tastes very good. Especially the tarte flambée and the country burger with BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese. Nice and cozy and family-friendly.

Food is okay. Price for the area in the lower range. We were there 5 - 6 times ... And always had unfriendly wait staff! We dont go there anymore. The service is really bad. Pamping. Slow and very rude.

Had to wait over an hour for a schnitzel and one cheese spaetzle. Have been forgotten. Then the order came, unfortunately, not right. There was no accommodation. Only the saying: You chose a bad day. Great store. We wont stop there for the time being. What a shame.

Disappointing! There were four of us for dinner at Hatari. We had to wait a good hour for the food and the changing service was so disorganized that it was mixed up with orders from the next table several times. In the end, there were two more drinks on the bill than we had consumed. There was no insight and no apology from the staff. I had to pay for the fictional drinks.Were not going to Hatari again!

The food was good, the service a bit overwhelmed and, above all, slow but overall very friendly.We reserved a table for 7pm by phone but were not advised that we would have to leave until 8.30pm. In fact, it turned out that we had to eat / gobble up our last drinks quickly (since we had to wait a long time for food, among other things).Due to Corona, you can understand that tables are booked for a time slot, but 1.5 hours are too short and the opportunity to spend a nice evening with friends becomes stressful eating.Its a shame, under these circumstances Ill avoid Hatari from now on, as the delicious cheese spaetzle are no longer worth the money either. We will go elsewhere in the future.

Very good cuisine and manageable menu, which also varies in parts. Large selection of alcoholic beverages and recommended homemade lemonade. Extremely friendly service and reasonable restaurant prices.

I have enjoyed going to Hatari for many years. But somehow the worm is in this branch on Eppendorfer Weg. I have now been there 3 or 4 times and every time I experienced the total service disaster. Operation extremely lame, overwhelmed and pampy. I will avoid this branch from now on.

Mmmmmmm, that was delicious here 😋 by accident we discovered this place.The mix of food great.On the one hand burger, but then also Flammkuchen in different variants, Swabian cuisine, and quite classic Schnitzel with fries. Great !!!! And the best ... the Schitzel / Cordon Bleu comes from the pan, not from the deep fryer! Very large extremely tasty portion.The price is totally OK, for what you get .13 € and something for a cordon with fries and salad ....The staff is young and super nice.

Convenience garbage that is thrown away carelessly and waiting too long. We had to wait an hour and a half for our food even though there wasnt much going on. It didnt taste good either.

Nachdem ich vor einem Jahr meine letzte Bewertung fürs Hatari im Eppendorfer weg verfasst habe, möchte ich gerne meine letzte Erfahrung vom Freitag abend teilen. Die Reservierung hat wunderbar geklappt, das Perdonal war freundlich. Die Bestellung für Getränke und Essen wurde zügig aufgenommen und die Getränke kamen schnell, das Essen nach ca 30 Minuten. Schöne Atmosphäre an diesem Abend, Rinderbraten mit Spätzle Top und superzart, Schnitzel auch klasse in gewohnter Riesenportion. Klasse. Meine Begleitung und ich hätten und lediglich gewünscht, dass mal jemand nachfragt ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen, nachdem die Gläser eigentlich schon leer waren als das Essen kam. Auf Nachfrage gar kein Problem. Wenn das alles so bleibt sehr sehr gerne wieder!

I was eating with friends at Hatari yesterday. Overall, I found it very cozy and the atmosphere very relaxed.We went for a little snack and ordered our food. 4 employees served us. We did not have a permanent contact person, which meant that each time the staff only half knew who had ordered what. Its easy to improve organisationally. Otherwise, there was a small incident in the food order. I ordered a Cordaba burger from the weekly menu and brought a cordon bleu.But then came a gesture that would have to establish itself in the gastro, because it has rounded off the whole very positive. A waitress came up to me and offered me the cordon bleu again, arguing that it would take a long time to make the burger, and the drink would go home. I accepted it thankfully because I could have just as badly thrown it away. That would probably have happened if I had not accepted it. To that I am clearly against food waste. Thats why 100 extra points !!When the bill came, in fact two beers were credited and the Cordan Bleu also tasted very good.I have no choice but to come back and order a burger.All in all, little misunderstanding but I really liked it!
