My friend had a problem with her debit card so today we went first to the theatre road Axis bank branch, due to lack of debit card inventory they couldnt help us but we received a very warm and a very welcoming behaviour, although the park street branch was a complete opposite, we were assisted by a lady she was soo arrogant she doesnt even know how to talk to a customer, she couldnt help us either but her behaviour made us feel very insulted. Cant expect such customer service from a reputed bank like Axis Bank. The lady was wearing spectacles and she was seating in desk 2. Hope to see a change in their behaviour when we visit the bank the next time.
