Very nice collection and very polite staff

Horrible products, arrogant staff. They deny purchase when a defective article is taken for replacement though mentioned on their invoice. Not beffitting a TATA brand. No value for money.

Far removed from its earlier glory of being a hub of high end stainless steel products, the retail outlet of Tata steel for domestic products is reduced to quarter of its size in susceptible and the product variety.

Great steel hanging racks. But you cant buy the steel rods that are used to hang the racks.

It was a good place for all your metal or steel products need. But now it turns into a normal furniture store with other type of products too.

Quality ss utensils and other home decor pdks like sofas, staircase railings , beautiful doors are available here.Previously it was a very spacious shop displaying so many items ; now the area has shurnk but not the customer friendly attitude of the sales persons.

Too much delay in product delivery, I am still waiting (24th Oct 2016) for a kitchen sink (invoice number: 22340, location Kolkata) which I had ordered on 26th Sept 2016. Commitment to product delivery is something needs to be taken into account while purchasing.Dipankar Banerjee

Dows not have a good variety of furniture. Some of the things are overpriced however the discount schemes are pretty good.

Previously collection of goods was high but now its not there.. Less publicity and hence very low footfall it seems
