On November 24, 2020, I bought a Fast Track watch from Central Metro Shopping Mall, Esplanade for Rs. 2799/-When I came back to my home from the store, I noticed a scratch on the top of the watch. I felt bad because the watch was my favorite. The next day when I took the watch to the store they first saw it, then said they will talk to their manager, and let me know, so I waited at the store. When they returned, they said it would not change, so they sent me to their stores customer help desk. I saw no one there, after waiting for 15 minutes I saw the same people come there again and talk to me. They said the same thing again in a very bad way, that “we cant change it.” I repeatedly asked them to understand my situation, but they said” we cant do anything about it.” Then I went to World of Titan and told them my problem, then they said that the store should replace the watch from where you bought it, we dont know why they are not changing your product.I once again request you to change my product. If I do not get any help from you, I will be forced to file a case against you in the Consumer Forum
