Lovely market here one can get everything. But the the actual fresh vegetables market held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Besides this everyday in the morning fresh fish market is available.

Typical village marketplace. My native house is very near this. The market has two parts. One is the part just beside the road which is permanent shops and the other are the temporary shops which arem9 occupied only from the afternoon to the dusk thrice a weak. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The market is famous for green coconut and Guava (seasonal). Also you can have the famous molasses (nalen gur) made out of date tree sap. Also Moa and Patali of the same quality with those of Joynagar. But these are available in winters only. You can have green vegetables at reasonable price.

Small village sort of market. it serves a bit more on the days of Haat (thrice a week) which falls on every tue, thu n sat in d morning n evening
