This is a good market place . Here you can get everything of premium quality goods. Which is costly , but they look royal.

Very good place for shopping. Prices are a bit high but can be bargained. The ambience is also very good. But shopkeepers are not wearing masks, local administration should look after this.

The shops are very well stocked with items affordable by commoners as well as upscale customers. Uncommon as well as imported items are available. The Calvin Klein watch, very decent impoted item was purchased from Rams - a huge shop selling imported items of various brands, mainly watches, years back and still working well. There are shops here, very scarce in Kolkata, which repairs various imported premium items with genuine spares.However, unless you know which are the affordable shops, you will end up paying more.

Nostalgia. This market was the only air conditioned mall for quite a long time in this city. Having a 2nd level of basement was exotic 30 years back. Now its a poor cousin to the gargantuan malls which have come up all over Kolkata. Being a week day not much of a crowd. Merchandise is not attractive enough and more of the second hand stuff which used to come from Bangkok. So we could end this note Once upon a time there was an AC market at Shakespeare Sarani.....

This market has a lot of imported goods to offer, luxury accesories, ladies items, kids wear, mens wear, appeals and lot more... If you visit the market you will get amazed and buy stuff.

Well laid out,amazing variety of items,pleasant ambience.But a lift service to the sub ground level floors would be a big help,especially for the not so young,like self.

A C market is situated at shakespeare sarani, kolkata, west bengal. It is very near to birla planetarium which is situated at the crossing of Jawahar Lal Nehru road, Kolkata and near to St Pauls Cathedral church, exide more or Rabindra sadan metro and Maidan. It is between Rabindra sadan metro station and Maidan metro station. Various fashionable items are available here which you cannot find in many other places. Many shops of diiferent collections are there. It is like Sri Ram arcade at New Market area.

Birla planetarium is just opposite side of the road. People here are always busy- many offices, shops are here. Many street food vendors are busy with their customers. All the parking areas are full of cars. A big crowd is everywhere. City of joy is here fully busy, buses ,cars are coming & going. A big market place is always full of its customers.

Generally upscale garments market. Few years ago it was one of the best in Calcutta, recently few equivalent markets have come up, still it holds its place. Conveniently located and easily accessible, all types of fashion garments, accessories available.

One of the oldest shopping complexes of Kolkata. The only problem is that there are a very few car parking places and the cost of parking is too high as well.

An old haunt of ours revisited after a long time. One of the first air conditioned shopping arcades in Kolkata still maintains its charm and a good mix of retail outlets. Only on a Saturday most shops were still closed or only.just opening as late as 11 AM.

Yaha market kafi accha hai . Fully AC. Market in front side and back side many office from 1st to 10th floor.

The clothes are good for the price you pay, the t shirts have remained at the same price point since the last 10 years. I used to go there when I was in college and went there today and it was still at the same price point. Picture is of a pair cotton trousers though 😁

A very old market which was liked by all age groups as it catered to everyones needs .Today some shops are having lot of variety nd gud price while others are no where near by..You can even get readymade Lycra blouses of different colours here at Abhilasha .Its in the basement .Lots of variety for travellers suitcases also available .The Gupta Brothers cater to your food needs just outside .

I went to Rams at AC Market to purchase a wall clock. Its a good place to buy any timepiece.

The market was well organised and the shops are pretty good but the price compared with with other markets was pretty high instead of that product was good quality and one can get the all type of product for which one looking for trendy and stylish overall it will be a great experience and shopping..

Building not in good condition. Lifts not good. Parking fee is very costly.
