Terrible experience at this shop. The shop owner is very nice when you enter their store for purchasing. After it is done later if you have any further queries regarding the product ( frame and lens from Nova) the owner would behave very rudely and would try to demean you for no reason. I had doubts with my lens power as they gave me a blank warranty card. The owner is not even sorry for it. Very disrespectful behaviour towards me.Doesnt have proper skills for customer handling and solving queries. Doesnt even deserve half a star.
