This shop is a bloody thief charging 10000/- extra on I product and there behaviour is worst dont go to this kind of shop .........worst experience as I was an old customer of them ......

A 3 year old hearing aid costing around 13 thousand was estimated for repairing around 6 thousand. I think they should consider for improvised after sale service to the valuable customer rather to suggest the customer to through the old one and again purchase the new one. 👎

They always taken care of every customer and give them proper guidance. After sell service is very good.

Only interested in making money, not in helping the customers. Sold a machine one month back, and now when it isnt working, they are saying upgrade to a better one, this one isnt suited to you. Just one month back, they had tested, and now they say this isnt good enough. A machine worth 40k isnt enough now. Have often seen them give each other a wink or a thumbs up whenever they made a sale, but this is a new low they have hit. Think twice before investing here, because unfortunately, there is no turning back.

Staffs are most effective, efficient, well behaved, well spoken. Neat and clean. Overall experience is good.

Hair 20000 22 lakh rupees mission available here many type of foreign machine as sold here and made in Indian machine and batteries are sold many times.

I want to share one thing to about CCSAHA Hearing Aid company kolkata. My friends father goes that clinic in esplanade-kolkata and they give really good customer service. His dad in law needed to get his hearing checked and his hearing aid replaced. However, the staff analyzed the situation, did a wonderful job in hearing aid test and then re-tuned the hearing aid - no sales pitch. Just customer education.
