My 4 year old daughter had extreme struggles at other facilities, to the point the other daycare suggest inpatient behavior treatment. I made the switch to Mothers helper and its been a complete 180. The teachers are warm, receptive, attentive, compassionate and understanding. Theyve take the time to work with my daughter and she is now excelling. My son runs in at drop off and cant wait to see his friends. This facility has eased all of my worries. I love the security features, cleanliness and organization of this facility. Highly recommended.

Unhygienic company, exposed our daughter to Covid multiple times. Did not care for our daughter, would not support potty training. Multiple times she came home with diaper rash due to not changing diapers in a timely manner. Ultimately we had to take time off work to get her potty trained. When discussing the process to unenroll her to put her in a more academically focused school, they kicked our daughter out with no notice. Stay away.

My children have been coming here for several years, they are kind and patient with my children and I have never had any serious complaints or concerns . In the summer they plan a lot of fun activities for all age groups to enjoy. They don’t allow older children to sit in front of a screen or tablet all day which is a bonus. And most of the staff has been there for several years, and they don’t have a high turn over rate. My oldest child has some behavior issues and they have shown him nothing but love and patience even on his hard days. They teachers have become a second family to my children. Thank you for all you do!!

The best daycare in the valley. We shopped around a lot when deciding to move our 1 year old son into a daycare facility. Were so glad we ended up here. The staff has become family to us. Our son flourished here. He got so close to his teacher, it warmed my heart. We had a second baby while here and enrolled him as soon as I went back to work, it made the transition so easy seeing how much they adored him. We recently moved out of state and leaving this daycare was almost as hard as leaving my family. If you can get it, do it. Your children will be cherished. Miss these women so dang much. Thank you for taking such care of my boys!

Very unprofessional. Fortunately we didnt waste any money enrolling our child. We went in between 7-8 months before we were expecting to get our child enrolled to your and get on the waiting list. Now that we have had out child and are expecting to enroll him in 2 months we decided to check up on our arrangement. Good thing we did. When my wife called the first time she was told by the person who answered that they would have the director check and get back about our placement. No such response. The second time she got the same thing. I called the third time and was told the same thing. I asked when I could expect a reply and was told the same day. 6 hours later Id still not received any communication. I called them. Parry, who I presume answered for my wife as well, without any regard for how inconvenient this has been simply said Yeah, were not going to have room. When I asked what happened she again replied rather dismissively with I dont know; but were not going to have room. Im grateful for one thing--that I wasnt already paying their outrageous tuition and getting the same crappy service. Avoid this place.

My kids have been going to Mothers Helper for years and weve always been very happy with the care and attention they give our them. The center is much cleaner than other centers that I visited prior to making the decision to have my kids go there. I would recommend Mothers Helper to anyone.

This has to be one of the cleanest and best laid out facilities that I have seen. We have tried a couple of other daycares in the past but this one is by far the best. The staff is great, the prices are good, their curriculum is great for the kids, they help potty train as well. Overall you wont be disappointed.

The coordinator, Rachel, has been nothing but friendly for my wife and me as weve gone in to sign our boy up. She and her staff are so friendly, and they have good activities for the kids. During the summer its more play than constructive/learning time, but they still seem to have a bit of that going on as well. Its a secure location, and they do have other locations, but if you live in this area and have kids going to Bella Vista Elementary, this daycare is a no brainer. It is LITERALLY right across the street.

Im serious! I did a lot of looking around and went with Mothers because of the accompanying positive review found here on Google Maps but we did not last three weeks... Where do I begin...? They did not feed the kids enough. Made us pay for mcdonalds which they simply brought back to the school when I had already paid for lunch in the weekly tuition. And by and large, the kids sat there all day and played video games. I would have been better off finding someone to sit at home with my kids all day and let them play video games here for less than half the cost of mothers. There were very few activities planned. Ill stop here, but whatever you do, dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
