All these positive reviews are fake. This is the dumbest doctor i have ever met. If you are already on some medicine and if you tell her the name she wont understand. She requires you to bring physical medicine with you. Because she wont understand with the salt name this shows how dumb she is. As if 1mg and other apps are not there to identify the medicine. Doctors like this can never make digital India. She doesnt want to see previous reports on phone or WhatsApp

Why she never listen ? I read some positive reviews and thought she must be a good one but the way she behaved, totally opposite. May be she is a good doctor or all these positive reviews are created. One thing is sure, I AM NOT GOING TO GO BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER TO HER.

Dr.Mala Basu is really an exceptional gynaecologist. Since past 18 yers i have been consulting her when ever there is any health issue.She is very good and expert in her profession as well as humble.She always responds to phone calls as well as messages even during this covid pandemic also.

Her given date was 18-20 dec 2019. After, we meet another doctor the date converted at 12 feb 2020. She is rude.
