Recommendation mentioned for dr dhritiman maitra-best breast Surgeon.I would like to share my personal experience.My mom went through a small breast surgery on 17th of this month.I was very worried but dr dhritiman maitra helped his way out to treat my mom and make out the things easier for us. I really appreciate it, my mom doing well now 😀

Worst management no patient care , money minded, irresponsible and arrogant. As per my experience one should never go there for treatment as nursing home will pass the buck on doctor and viceversa,both have nexus to dupe patients.god save from such people.

Worst place the receptionist behaviour is horrible. they treat humans are like animalsdoctors are really good.

Though doctors are very good here but management stuff are not quite professional

Behaviour is very rude.Not too friendly security guards and receptionists. Unnecessarily does rude behaviour with people. Very dirty place too.

Upkar Nursing home is made for basically Collection of Cash.This is the most bad and most negative Nursing home. Worst Services, Worst Receptionist infact they are talking very rothley , None help the patient. They forget that because of us they got Salary.Its better to go CALCUTTA MEDICAL COLLEGE in front of it. Please DONT ADMIT YOUR PATIENT.When you go to Normal routine check-up they take only Cash and they didnt provide money receipt against that particular payment.Making Black Money!!!!

I called Upkar nursing home for the first time for the appointment.Behaviour of the lady who picked up the phone was very bad.I just asked very politely that I want an appointment.Never going to this nursing home ever again.

PLS READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE TAKING YOUR LOVED ONES OR YOURSELF FOR TREATMENT.The worst hospital.ill management. I admitted my mama.. . Who was a TB patient. The intial stages. His TB medication was onn. His medicines of tb were different. He was urgntly admitted because of severe stomach ache and contionous vomiting(food and water) .This is to mention here that not because of any tb attack. From the time they came to know he has tb they continously insisted on changing his room to the extreme corner with alot of dust and no ventilation in it. We denied. Mama wasnt in the condition to shift here and there. We admitted him under the guidance of DR Sayak Ganguly. In a single cabin. We payed Rs 2070 bed charges including aaya charges. All we family members were wearing mask. The aayas and sisters to work for a tb patient. They felt that it is some great disease. They gathered outside and did random gossip (sisters and aayas) in the first floor. My mama was treated worst than a hiv aids patient.They were even ignoring to enter the room to change the syringe. Mama could feel the negativity around him. We informed the doctor abt this ill treatment. He supported us. The doctor spoke about the managememt to the manager of the hospital. Soo Strange !!!!The manager said take the patient away , my staff doesnt want to work and is creating tantrums. (Well this is to be mentioned, the day staff misbehaved and the night duty staff was very helpful) . Now the question arisesDo the aayas have so much power to say no to the manager and to decide which patient to work for and which patient to not work for?I am shocked. We could see dust and pan spits all over the walls and corner of the hospitals. Its durga puja and we insisted the doctor to allot a hospital near our residence and we stay in bowbazar and rest are all women in the house. We payed for 4 unit of blood transmission Rs 5600 in the afternoon. At around 7.40 pm the receptionistCalled us at the counter and told us we cant arrange the blood. You people arrange for it.We were in panic state. Who vould arrange blood on the day of sashti(durga puja) in Kolkata at 7.40 pm. Finally we got to shift mama to another hospital next morning.Mama was soo ill that he didnt have the conditon to even sit up. We called the ambulance. With syringe and all stuff in his nasal, stomach etc we ladies of the house took him to another hospital.The worst experience ever. We couldnt opt for better hospitals because it was durga puja and travelling all the way up and down from home and hospital in durga puja celebrations wasnt possible so we insisted for upkar nursing home as it was near to our house. But never expected this. Now my question arises what are gloves and masks for in the hospital? Even to arrange one injection they took atleast 6-7 hours. This is how the hospital works? This is how the management is? This is what is left in the medical system of state capital? Shame on the authorities and management. These people kill humanity.The worst hospital. Pls dont ever visit it.Thank you.
