Worst experience of lounge. Food was served cold. Over that stale food mixed in fresh food items. They even placed a limit on fruit cake. Although nobody would want more than one of that rock solid cake, but then what to say. Although when I spoke to manager Mr Deepanshu he was humble enough to come n check. He managed the issues very efficiently and made sure hot food was served to me. Although what happened is not expected, but I am happy that any feedback or complaint is handled immediately.

For washroom you have to go downstairs. Rest all is fine .

This Airport Lounge is probably the most disputed one compared to other Domestic airports in Metro cities of India(my experience). I had a very bad experience of using my Citi corporate card here to get Lounge Access.Citi sent an official confirmation on my work ID, which included the list of all eligible and partner Airport Lounges that are accessible on my Corporate card. Travel Club Kolkata Domestic was in the list, upon presenting the card the front desk person denied me entry on the basis that the card isnt eligible. When I showed the list shared by Citi on my mail, they simply told that weve instructions that Citi isnt their participating partner. Post that they started behaving very rudely. Just FYI Ive used this card internationally and in other Domestic airport lounges like Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

Had an opportunity to visit.nice place.but ill lighted..needs to be upgraded. There was a very limited menu in the breakfast and lunch. Was very humid too. Should have low temperature. No washroom inside. So you have go out for the same. That should be rectified. No newspapers.

Very well maintained Lounge in Covid-19 era. Buffet system is not available now. You just swipe your card and choose your meal.**For credit and debit card users, youll get free meal in every quarter, come here and check in reception whether you have free meals or not.This lounge is relocated in the first floor, previously it was in the second floor.

This is one of my best Lounge experience as i enjoyed it for straight 6 hours. Lounges wont let you sit for more than 4 hours but when i requested the front desk official there, she allowed me to sit and suggested me that i would leave after the dinner. Best services with one of the best foods. I have enjoyed their lunch, high tea and dinner all of them in a single visit. I found adequate quantity of food for every segment. Dinner was outstanding, as the chicken was very good. Apart from this it is very cozy and sitting area is very comfortable.

Had to stop at Travel club lounge while travelling to Trivandrum.Mr Mahesh at travel club lounge did a wonderful service and was really helpful.Such an energetic person he is.I hope i meet him in my next trip

Post Corona, lounthas shifted to smaller area. Service is slow due to less no. Of staff. Food quality is good. Staff does maintain proper hygiene.

Food & hospitality is good as compared to other lounges. Of all the lounges that I have visited I remember only the Kochi airport lounge to be better.

This lounge is situated in Terminal 2. Lounge is good and accepts HDFC Diners Black Credit Card. It provides good breakfast but the variety is limited. You can also have cappuccino, coffee, cold drink, Tea, juices, etc.

A small cozy lounge with very limited options for food. Reaching the lounge is a task since it is situated at the end of the airport and on the second floor. The lounge is dimly lit is small compared to other lounges in the country. The food tasted okayish nothing great and the spread was also meagre not much to go with.

A small lounge with ample seating facilities. The food spread is decent with options for veg and non veg food. They have a desert and beverage counter too. Alcohol is provided on chargeable basis. The sofas are comfortable however some charging points do not work. The ambience is quite pleasing and relaxing.

Safe and hygienic place to halt and have food in airport. Charges are 1500 if you dont have priority lounge pass.

I must say the lounge is great but they do not have their own washroom, apart from that they have charging port on seats, very welcoming staff and comfortable environment.Through IDFC bank debit card I got the entry for just INR 2/-. Yes thats true, its actual price is around INR 2800/-.Will love to visit here again😃

Had a very good experience in the lounge. Quality of food was good. You can relax in the lounge and keep an eye on the status of your flight. You can have free food and beverage if your debit/credit allows you lounge access against a minimum cost of ₹25.

Better than corresponding lounges in Delhi. Clean environment, spacious, well structured and with attached independent operational toilets. Food spread was also good right from salads, soup to desserts. Cold drinks, Coffee, tea are available. Hard drinks on chargeable basis. One star less due to limited magazines n newspapers.

It is located on the Mezzanine floor near gate no 23. Accepts a variety of access passes like master, visa, amex, diners, PP, dragon etc. If you wish to use a complementary visit from your pass, beware that they are quite strict in verifying the name on the card and the boarding pass and dont allow any other companions even though you produce a separate card for your companion. Dinner menu changes at 7PM. Food & beverage is generally good and the wash and bath is maintained clean. Alcohol is served at the menu tarriff. You need to ask for the complementary wifi password at the reception. The charging points at most of the locations are quite loose and requires you to be skillful to charge your phone.

On 11 Sep 2021 ,they served food that was smelling rotten ,still they just hot it and serve and didnt remove despite complaint from travellers ..Best to avoid it ..they just serve bad n rotten,leftover food ..

Lounge has quite good many chairs which has electronic plugs for each. Food is little disappointed. I understand this is India, but most food is Indian food. Fruit was empty, so I asked. Now I am waiting over 30 minutes. I am not sure whether I can have or not.

The lounge follows all Covid safety protocols. The staff members are very helpful, polite and serve passengers courteously. Safe distancing is maintained well between tables. Food is good too.

This review is for the Travel club domestic lounge.1) not a lounge (if you have been to an actual one like Singapore airlines etc). This is a corner with some single seater sofa spread around.2) its dirty just like rest of the airport.3) If you are here late night or early morning the uncontrolled aircon will freeze you.Overall you are better off in the common airport waiting area than at this lounge. Save your money or lounge pass for a better/actual lounge.

I had priority pass, so no limits on anything. On normal credit cards, beer mugs are fixed @ 4. Food quality and items not at par with Delhi airport lounges. But staff service is good. Just take right after immigration, you will find it.

Just an Okay place to sit and spend your waiting time with some usual refreshments. This is located after the Security on the upper floor at the left end of food plaza infront of internal Departure Gate No. 11. It is not a lounge of International Standard. Not a very comfortable and silent area to work here. It is an open place and you hear the announcement and boarding directly from the departure gates.

Best place to have food at airport !! It serves amazing buffe. If you have mastercard or rupay cards or any card which has lounge access. I just paid Rs. 2 for card verification and the food was free. 🙃😄

This outpost, past Security, in the domestic departures area is the best lounge in the airport, in my opinion. Much better than the lounge in the international section. On demand omelettes, tasty hot buffet, plenty of charging options, and good service. Recommended.

Cheapest way to serve ! There is no variety in the foods. Bottled beverages and serving sizes all are Smaller. The dishes are not that tasty though. Even no own washrooms!

They dont have variety in their menu(lunch and dinner).Non-veg: Biryani and Chicken pakodaVeg: Pasta, Paw bhaji, Sandwich - so not much in the menu if you are a veggieAlso, not much space to accommodate 60-70 people at once. I faced this issue last week and in that case it very difficult to get a seat to sit.Suggestions - They can work on their menu because for people not using their free lounge access, its not worth it. Paying ₹1200-1500 is not at all worth it.

No complaint,a descent lounge at domestic departure.It comes complimentary with my card so review is respect to free access.Decent food ootions, beverages and snacks, comfortable seating with charging points, courteous staff.

Sabse jada agar kisi ko corona ka effect hua, to that is Travel club kolkata, 3rd class service, 3rd class food. Its like they are providing prashad to all its customer. Previously it was not bad, but right now its recommend eat from footpath is more better than this.

Also you can take food only once, god knows why!!Worst lounge ever... should be scrapped immediately

Its a little less crowded compared to other places, the food in this place is pretty nice compared to outside lounges with variety , was travelling from in the morning and the variety at breakfast buffet was great including the taste.Dont bother thinking about getting service here lol

Poha, Idli, aloo Partha, boiled egg, boiled potato,bread, juice, cake, semiya, tea and coffee were available for breakfast. All items were good and menu is fine considering breakfast. There is no live counter. Frooti and appy were available as juice options. Ample space is available for relaxing during waiting time. Medium size lounge. Overall good time pass by just paying Rs. 2 on lounge access benefit credit card. Rs.25 on eligible debit card.

Long, long lines! Its a pity how they are under stress, this is the only lounge at the airport right now, due to COVID scene. We waited in the line to check-in for more than half an hour, until the generous manager whipped out a third POS machine! Bless her!The food on offer was simple, well-cooked and satisfying. The capacity of the lounge, however, is yet again too less as compared to the traffic that goes through it.It was a relief during our 4 hour layover, but would really have liked a certain upgradation to the menu and the seating arrangements. Also, no mention of whether the lounge offered wifi access.

Functional lounge with efficient Service and very courteous staff.

Its a make shift lounge for corona pandemic. Extremely slow. With one counter to check-in where you are told upfront services will take minimum 20 mins.Among many lounges being managed in this difficult time, I found it lacking professional approach.

U need to improve your services and common sense. Rules are made for convenience of customer not creating trouble. U have two separate facilities... one for Bar and one for simple.I have huge amount of baggage and some family members. I just wish to sit few minute for draining mobile batteries even after showing my card. But your manager did not given me a little bit chance even for charging mobile. He just told me to go for first floor bar and do charge the mobile. I will not let u even sit for a second in this loung.That is not expected plz let them have some common sense.At last I moved to Bar lounge and enjoyed complementary services.So am giving you two starOther wise I would have given you only one star.

Very poor staff. Especially in night when someone free after a long flight needs some food & rest, these fellows are not at all cooperative. Reception fellow is very rude & irresponsible & makes non senses excuses to keep you out. Feels like they have drafted a policy to keep services to minimum. Someone should take action against them.
