Be extremely careful about travelling with NMT. They should be punished for their misdeed with us. We were literally thrown out from a NMT bus on 26th December 2020 night on midway while returning from Shantiniketan.My experience of travelling with NMT is too bad.They attract people by promising good service at economy rate and then squeeze money from travellers. Don’t keep promises. Misbehaves with travellers. Deny their own written terms and commitments.

Never ever think of travelling with them or hiring car / bus from this Fraud agency.They will promise you cheap rate, even will write on booking slip commited terms, and once you are on the go, they will put spanner to break your journey on their whims, will armtwist you to demand more money than what is agreed.They should be blacklisted to save future and propective travellers from their dirty tricks to cause harassment to travellers

The owner is a trickster and a fraudster, lacks moral values and business ethics. He caters to his own needs without considering the customers. Stay warned.

They are very cheateful person......they provide you low rated bus or cab...after that in every moment they want seperate separate charge......disgusting and botherable person they are

A nightmarish experience with NMT tours! We would like to warn potential travellers to judiciously avoid this tour company. They have a basic modus operandi. They allure potential customers with a rather cheap rate (say1 thousand or 2 thousand lesser than the usual rate) and readily agree to all your terms and conditions and thus entrap them.And then when you are quite into the trip the owner (Ayan) just denies all the commitments and starts threatening you over phone ,demanding more money or else get stranded there.At first being solely dependent on his vehicle we gave in and started shelling out money. With every passing hour his demands and threats and misconduct rose till he declared he wont drop the travellers whom he had previously picked up from different parts of the city unless more money is given! Now being continually under his threats and fulfilling his monetary demands, we finally unanimously decided not to pay any further. Thanks to the Ola and Uber services we reached home exhausted and drained out! This post is all about the disenchantment with this NMT TOURS AND TRAVELS and a warning to all gullible future travellers against this tour company! The only strong positive point is the driver Arpan, a skilled and efficient one who could do nothing but convey his masters dictats! Its only his benevolent smile that kept us going through our trip.

The owner of this car service (Ayon) has set a trap to deceive people. At the time of booking, good people try to attract people but do not talk at all. Pretending to pay less rent than others, he later created various difficulties without fulfilling the conditions and conspired to take more rent. There is a great lack of punctuality. Even after saying this several times, even a few hours before our departure, the drivers name and phone number were delayed. In the middle of the journey, the driver told us that the owner (Ayon) called him and told him not to leave the car unless he paid the full amount. In that case we pay the full rent. After finding out about this through the driver and (owner Ayon) started demanding extra money to deliver to everyones house. But everyone was picked up from the house during the journey. The owners use is extremely bad. So everyone should be careful about this car service.
