Services are very slow and not responsive. I had asked for my glasses to be made as I cannot function without glasses. Even with this emergency situation they tool more than 5 days to make. They did not call me to confirm that the item was ready. When I called they were not willing to wait for 10min to let me come and pick it up. Postponed another day. I have not seen such inhuman service from any like services

Good job done on the safety of customers.All precautionary measures are in place.No offers being rolled out like its competitors which is the only thing I was unhappy about.Certain reasonable discount offers on genuine products could definitely boost up sales with customers getting benefitted along with the eagerness to come back soon.

My spectacles costly crizal lens were spoiled in 6 months, but couldnt report the Himalaya shop due to lock downs and post lockdown covid fear. However visited shop before 1 year of its purchase and they said the replacement can not be done. I tried after a month again, then they said the lens replacement decision is with lens company and they sent to crizal company and it was rejected to replaceor repair. I feel Himalaya shop should have tried seriously by putting pressure on Crizal. Rather they simply said we are not responsible for lens. Are the customers purchasing the lens directly from its manufacturing companies? and why shop staff influence too much by exaggerating the product features and somehow to make the customers by the product when they are not responsible for post purchase service? I prefer to give zero rating to the shop.

Very dissapointed for after sale service bought glasses of alpha category amounting twenty two thousand but when contacted for nosepad repair of the frame after few months of purchase then I was told they are not taking up repairing case for one month . its a kind of harrassment to the esteem customer and they deserve loosing theirs such customer.. optical shops are under essential services they cant barred this request although they are open for sales.

First I went to Disha eye hospital,Behala; there optometry part is very bad. They are in a hurry to finish the waiting line. They don’t check the vision carefully. What they prescribed there I had doubt because Vision was not satisfactory with that power, I asked them about it but they were not bothered about it. It was waste of TIME and MONEY.So, I went to Himalaya Opticals, Behala.Here optometrist was available, he checked my vision carefully and what he prescribed with that I am very satisfied.Wide range of frames with good quality available here. Very good staff. If you want only vision checkup it can also be done here.
