Colour print & xerox good but black & white xerox not available.

I went to print my project and the person was too rude and was shouting at the top of his voice for no reason at all. I was too polite with him, didnt expect this at all. I didnt get my project printed from there and walked out of the place. Ridiculous behaviour. Will never suggest anyone to go there.
