Being a valuable customer of Senco for last 8 yrs I had visited their so called mega showroom in West Bengal for the first time.As a mega showroom its not the best jewelery showroom. The collection is very limited in number. The collection of MANTASHA & Chocker & others is extremely low... Its just 4 in number... Strange....can u just believe it.The below 15 gms collection of gold jewelery is also very very minimal... Not like a mega showroom. But their above 30 gms collection is very good.The behaviour of the staffs are very good.Another important negative thing is the billing section.... Its just pathetic.. Its taking almost 25 minutes to 40 minutes for just the billing & you have to stand in a que like railway ticket counter..... Which is just outdated & frustrating.Senco should improve it.

Here you get the best behaviour, the best quality and assurance, a large collection of jewellery ornaments and gemstones, and above all commitment to satisfy customers at the utmost level. It is housed over three floors which are well maintained. Security and sanitization are well looked after. It is a bit expensive here and could have done better with a nicer car parking area only.

Experience was nice the employee were much friendly and they showed everything much patiently and with grace, my father and I we were extremely happy with their service and would surely recommend Senco gold and diamonds in our circle. And a special mention for an employee named Soma, she was very much well behaved and was completely confident in her work which showed experience on her part which we were very much impressed with. Her nature lf dealing with customers was very nice and warm. Thank you. :D

Beware of any deals/offers/schemes they try to sell you. I visited the store multiple times to sell some old jewelry and buy some new ones. Initially, the experience was good as they were professional in their dealings and assisted us well in their requirements. But soon after, they started bothering me repeatedly on an exciting deal on diamonds, even when I was traveling. Trusting them, I went ahead with it, only to realise later that only Senco gained from it, and there was no benefit at all for me (no loss either). In the end, I was harassed of my time and effort (including multiple visits), resulting in a very bad customer experience overall. Definitely not shopping from Senco Gold anywhere in India from now now on.

The staffs of this branch are extremely unprofessional and have a very bad behaviour. They don’t know how to behave with customers. I had bought a gold Bala from them on 05-Feb-2021, within two days of usage while cooking, a hole formed on the Bala. It seemed as if that portion was mended before and because of it , the stuff melted and hole was formed. When I took it to after 2 days i.e. on 08-Feb-2021, they completely denied and didn’t agree to replace it. On top of that they behaved very rudely. These people are really putting the reputation of senco jewellers down and selling very low quality product. Customers be aware of them.

Senco Gold Gariahat ofcourse has a good collection like other Senco stores. There is no doubt in its authenticity and designs. But this store is super slow in the billing process. It took us almost 45-50 minutes to complete the billing.

The sanitizer dispenser at the entrance is sensor based. There are resources allocated for entering the visitor details in the visitors book. So there is no need to touch anything unnecessarily. Even the individual display counters are equipped with sanitizer bottles.Coming to the staff, I found them to be professional and helpful. They dont hide information regarding exchange policy and the likes. In fact, they lay down all the cards clearly for the customer to take an informed decision.The collection at Senco is always good in almost all categories. So, my wife had no complaints in that department either. Overall, a great experience even during the Covid19 era.

Not at all good behaviour from saleswoman. Went buy gold chain for my wife, when asked something of lower range, the sales person was least interested to show any designs.

Behaviour and services are very bad.

1. The staff was reluctant to show same product twice. We had to request repeatedly before we could make our choice.2. The billing staff was reluctant to apply a Senco sent voucher code to my purchase. They asked me to reach out to the customer care suggesting it was my problem and that they wouldnt help. After a lot of hue and cry, they agreed to apply the discount. It was not a smooth process.3. Each time there was a minor variation in weight measurement, the staff correctly suggested that a variation is inevitable. However, what surprised me is that each time this occurred, it was myself the customer who was at loss.4. They sold us a defective earring. While selling they were confident that it was not defective and that it needs some getting used to. It was indeed defective as the lock was loose that the earring kept falling off the ear (luckily within the house). They denied making a exchange for the same and said that I would have to bear the loss of making changes & GST, although it was completely their fault.

The rating is not because of the store but for Senco Gold as an organisation.One of my relative has gifted me two gift cards of Senco Gold and after that twice I have tried to redeem the same by purchasing Gold jewelry but in both occasions they have refused to redeem the gift card mentioning their system is not supporting.So its a case of fraud from Senco Gold.

Well maintained sanitised shop.

The executive who was working at the jwellery counter was extremely polite and professional. We are pleased with the behavior.However, the scenario is quite different at the billing counter. The gentleman was literally in hurry whereas other counters remained closed. To some extend, it seems like, the gentleman was not willing to corporate totally.

I like the Senco Gold & Jewelries store in Gariahat, not only because they have excellent and huge collections of jewelries, but also all the staffs in this store are very humble, polite and helpful. They give a Royal treatment to every customers, I noticed. I wish I could remember the names of all of them. But I can recall only two names, Ms. Seema the store Manager, who is super active, versatile and decent. She is a superwoman. I will also not forget the help of Mr. Sanjay, who is a nice person and also helped me a lot. I feel my second home here. Therefore every year, when I visit India from USA, I visit this store, because this is the best store to buy Gold and Diamond jewelries! I wish I could give six stars!

Though I have purchased lots of jewellery from here still giving 2. Reason behind giving this rating is because of their good collection and staff behaviour. And reason behind not giving 5 is because of their procedure of buying old gold. They have their own software through which they checks the purity and there only lies the trick. I went there with outside gold of 22k purity but when they check, they says it is not pure rather it is of 90k purity rather than 91.6k purity and priced accordingly and due to which there was a huge loss I was supposed to face. But I asked them to check again and at that time it was 22k(91.6) purity. And rather than giving me the price of 22k he checks again and again so that he could prove that it was of 90k purity and can pay me less. The guy, in charge of this old gold selling is very rude and cheater. At last he had to agree to my 22k gold purity. This is not known to maximum of the customers who doesnt know the loopholes of a software and the procedure followed. Moreover they say if it was their gold then it is 22k gold. My point is when the authorized body BIS is hallmarking a gold with 22k how can they question it? It is their trick nothing else. My whole point to write this review is to aware people of this fact. If you are buying from them new gold then its okay but if you are selling them then beware or tell them to check them till the software shows 22k if it is a 22k hallmark gold.

The biggest Senco Gold store in this area. The employees were humble, had lots of patience and showed whatever the customer asked for. Also they suggest what would look good on the customer. Lots of offer was going on, 15% off on making charges, free gold coins on purchase of specific amount. They have a very good collection and would say, a much more better than any other big brands near by.

Very bad experience. There is no clarity in the scheme of 11 months deposit EMI by customer. Nothing is written in the scheme what amount money value or quantity of gold or bonus amount to be provided by the seller / SENCO Gold for the recurring deposit by customer. It depends upon the seller at the end of the scheme when you have already deposited a lump sum value for last 11 months. Last of all, since no one know the making charges and the same is not written any where, it is adjusted as bonus. Hence, there should be clarity in the documents provided to the customer in all respect.

I personally love Senco gold.i purchased 2-3 jewelleries from this place . But this place only has heavy jewelleries which every one cannot afford. Staffs are well behaved . I personally hv an experience, I got a gift with a Jewellery purchase but they dont hv that time they promised to call back but they never made a call. Very unprofessional.... went there to repair a 30 year old Senco gold and diamond ring, but even upon repeated checking for the Senco stamp they refused to accept it was their product and went on to declare the original diamond as fake American one.We then went to the Bow bazar Senco and they readily accepted and have put it for repair . They also confirmed the diamond is real.
