Fraudulent vendor.....I purchased Hp 14s dr2006tu laptop and when unbox it, found lot of scratches around the laptop and suprised by seeing that extremely low battery 0% as the laptop did not get switched ON unless charging for 3 hours. Paid 60k and got an used laptop from Savex. HP is linked with them. Be aware customers be aware.

Totally fraud, they deliver duplicate items to the customer kindly check each and everything with the items working or not.
