REALLY SO MUCH DISAPOINTING FROM THIS BRANCH. THE STAFFS BEHAVIOUR ARE REALLY DISGUSTING .THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO KEEP GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT. THIS SHOULD BE PRIVATISATION.
Third class category bank and Branch Manager and especially Assistant Branch Manager is Hopeless and pathetic and disgusting and sick guy...Just because has achieved government job so shows his rude,egoistic,absurd behavior...
Worst service ever, Staff was also not wiling to solve the issue, Ive an account of Purulia branch, and have some issue in PNB app, They are asking me to go my base branch, they can,t help.very very bad experience.
Third class service by the staffs never picks up phone. Wanted an LOD not giving , they know their job wont go. Privatisation is must for them.
Good bank with good service. Staffs are cooperative and helpful. In house ATM is also good and effective.
