Revised review, my second time I use JustTravels IndiaI had a beautiful trip last time, this time it was a wee bit difference. I missed the first days safari as it should be 1 hour from the car to the forest reserve, we did it in 4HOURS 20MINUTES!!!!! And no safari that day.On the second day we go back to the hotel and they turn left instead of right back in the big river.- Where are you going? I asked- Were going to fill up fresh water- Not as long as Im on boardI told them that I paid for the boat and the boat should be ready. I fly around the world to go for tiger safari. And now they leave the tiger safari to go fill up fresh water again. It was bad enough that I missed the first day’s safari. But then I never said anything. I told them that they could do this when we were ready with the safari.They told me that we started too early in the morning. (Exactly the same times as last time, but we were back much earlier this time) And I should be considerate with the crew- Why is it always me that should be considerate?I have paid 5000 ++ Dollars for safari. Plus tickets etc. They should have said that the safari was between 11:00 and 12:00 when they sent the quotation. Then they can see how many customer they get. Not my problem to be considerate, it is up to JUSTTRAVELS India to have enough staff to serve their customers.And it should not be on my expense to replenish the boat, should be ready when they come to pick me up at 6 oclock. Yes, I will be very considerate and I will never use their service again.Leaving the safari early to go fill up the boat with water. Last time I booked my safari I was very EXPLICIT about the silence on the boat and JustTravels India’s manager kept good order on the boat. This time it was like a circus, the boat was very noisy, a bell that you could hear all over the Sundarban when they wanted to change the engine speed.We were like an ice cream van coming down the road, and on top of that it was not possible to manoeuvre the boat. And on top of this, they brought on board a “cousin” that would be a “trainee” and it was talk non-stop and I sent him back on the boat.Then I had to send someone back to tell them to shut up as we could hear them all over the boat. It should be quiet when you are on a safari so you can hear the birds etc. And when we slowed down the fore deck was full of people so it was impossible to enjoy the wildlifeLast time we had the Manager on board and it was very good. When I was finished in Sundarbans I went with JustTravels India to Tadoba for tiger safari, this time the manager was with me and it was OK*************************************************I had an excellent tour of SundarbansWhat a good set up and service! Best Indian food I have ever had. I had my own Cook that JUSTTRAVELS INDIA brought on my boat.They had arranged a good hotel for me and I was very well taken care of. I will use them on my next safari in India
