Very bad experience. all time take lots of day for replying e-mail. I suggest to everyone not to go this branch for home loan. You are always harass. Time taken for loan sanction near about 1 year. when I apply for loan, processing amount was 11800 and 3800 if I pay 11800 then all the amount is refundable. But when sanction my loan the Bank authority says offer is expired and processing fee deduct from deposit amount. Very bad.

Today i complete 25 days and still my file is not processed I am thinking that I was made a mistake to apply a home loan in hdfc ltd. Executive is not picking the phone call not reply the msgs and his boss too totally waste of time but no body is care about the file. Thats is the reason hdfc is taking the feel before process and govt Bank are charge fee after the process and loan will disbursed within a month.

The guy called soumya sarkar and is sooo irresponsible that when ever trying to call him he is sending m the msg can i call you letter , before taking a he was saying hojayega hojayega loan apka ******* amount ka then he came with very different of loan amount which is use less to take, no response frm his credit manager said tht we ll upade you by next day very poor service....

Worst service. They will take your money and time and never give you loan. If you are eligible still you will not get any loan. They ask you for money. Cheap, worst This words are less to describe HDFC home loan department. The manager has his own attitude and ego problem.

Taken 2 months time to declare that loan are not sanction. Not refunded the prosessing fee & documents after deducting their adm. Charge..

Worst experience ever with HDFC home loans.They behaved one way at the time of applying the loan then nobady would take the responsibility to conplete the process.The loan should be sanctioned in maz 20 days,but here already 3 months over they did not the complete the process.Worst service ever for loan!!!

Noone picks up the calls. This happens also with garia branch The employees in the branch do super blunders. They close some loan and handover the docket deed of another loan without even cross checking before handing over. The staffs are unprofessional and useless. They are not suppose to be hired. Do no take loan from HDFC limited ever. The branch use old methods of repayment. They have high interest rates. You cannot pay any repayment or close loan unless you physically visit branch. The phone numbers in their visting card and websites are useless. They are either busy or else noone answers. If you want to go through the pain. Then apply in HDFC limited. Else please do not do

They are not working at all. Mr Subrata Halder is very irresponsible person, and horrible service . Even service word would get ashamed because of them. Shame on HDFC.

They are sitting in the office for collection of processing fees & just dont know how to fill the application form. After taking payment they will say, as our executive in a nonsense, he filled you application incorrect & uploaded on system. We are closing your application. Please come to us again & pay the processing fee again, we will repeat the same & again. Thanking you.......Great staffs names are Dispankar Das, Saikat Pal their Manager Mr. Anilava Khan.They wont even return documents submitted. So be careful while giving them any original document It may go to their trash.Nice way to do business.

The worst and the most unprofessional service provide by bank agent Mr Barun Das. I suggest you dont try HDFC bank for home loan. They take huge processing charge where other bank provide free service. once they get processing charge they will never contact you. you will just puzzled .

My name is Koushik Bhattacharya and my home loan experience with them was a nightmare. My loan was sanctioned for Rs 37L and accordingly I made my financial planning. They took the processing fee of 12000 on the first day and then they approved all loan. But on the day of the registry they told only part of the amount (26L) can only be paid and I have to apply afresh for a renovation loan if I need more money. They are very rude, completely unprofessional and most importantly bunch of liars. They just want to catch you somehow in a contract and then will crush you.Never ever fall in their trapYou may contact me for any further details.

I want to transfer my loan from Hdfc to SBI, but it is very unfortunate that brooke house branch shakespeare sarani, kolkata is not providing me required document that i need to transfer my loan. they are trying to forcefully retain me.I have experience very bad service from this branch.i will make sure in futue i will not use any Hdfc product.Worst staff specially Mr amit Kr. Hopeless experience and nightmare. They hardly know what is customer service. Once you take loan from HDFC, you are finished. They will listen you before disbursement and will behave as if they dont know you post disbursement.

I called to HR dept. Today the worst hr staff even they are not able to give email Id They give me simple reason the respected person not in seat and they disconnect line.

The services across staffs are very unhealthy . Specifically the receptionist is very rude in her attitude and never help customers
