The company that doesnt value its employees cannot value its customers!! Never going to do business with you again!! Particularly this branch, where the managers think they can behave as they want with the employees!! Remember that you need to payback for every bad thing you do in this life!!

12-Mar-2021, 4:30 pm: Called up to office phone# 4603 3096 on advance to enquire about the document availability (sale agreement), which was supposed to handed over to me on 16-Mar-2021. However, gentlemen on the other end told me that document hasnt reached yet. It will come on 16th and Im supposed to visit on 17-Mar-2021. Then called up HDFC Brooke House, they confirmed that document was sent to Deshapriya Park office long back. Without knowing / asking my loan account number, person at other end replied to promptly just to skip my ask! This is NOT acceptable, I wont mind if he would say that pls call me later, Im busy right now.

Very poor service. Never go with them in any kind of loan service. They took my documents and processing fees with a promise of 15 days but they couldn’t pass a small home loan in 3 months. Yes they haulted me for 3 months that they will make out at the end they cald me and asking for higher rate of interest which made me ending the loan process with them. Very poor service it’s better to go with any government bank than that of these ppl.

THEY ONLY MAKING MONEY FOR OWN..AND DONT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMERS..HDFC SAYS HOME LOAN INTEREST ONLY 6.95% ..BUT THOSE FRAUD PEPOLE SAID ITS 10.50%.... ITS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.. PLEASE FILLED UP COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS BRANCH WITH OFICIAL HDFC COMPLAINT MAIL ID ...AND DONT GO FOR ANY LOAN ..THEY ARE ONLY MAKING YOU FOOL AND MAKE HER OWN MONEY....

Very FAKE people only they are increasing there own income by manipulating peoples with huge interest rate of 10%..and 10% amount advance in down payment of your loan amount..it deserves 0 star but i see it have 5 star for manipulate pepole google have to do something.. FRAUD dont go..if you need loan directly contact hdfc bank managers or other banks..dont recommend to any one for go in this hdfc finance company that is totally full with fraud workers..and never trust them..
