A zero star would be more appropriate rating but Google doesnt allow that. I dont find any good words to praise them, staff are pathetically poor, their only target is harassing customer.Visit this branch at your own risk.

Staffs behaviour is very pathetic specially there have a officer name Sourav this staff have very rude behaviour and dont have any working experience . If he takes an work he will take like 2-3 hours. And give priority to his own personal work not customer work, and if we are facing any problem in account then after saying him he acts like very disappointing. We are like work under him . He should be reported !

Worst experience. I just open new account on 4.6.18 till now I dont receive pass book. I think i have worst experience that I would open new account on this bank......
