Good that it has a parking space (not enough) and I was lucky to get one. Physical safety and security is ultimate. Like a residential complex entry, security will note down your name number etc. then she/he will unlock the collapsible gate (seeing first time comparing to other jewelry shop). Good arrangement for automated hand sanitizer in a big container mounted on wall. I went there to buy a wedding gift with a fat amount. I doubt whether they any ornament in lower budget! Anyways, Bala collection was nice and I picked up a pair. Ear hangings were so so, so dropped that idea. It has two floors with different collections. It was not crowded even it was on Bakrid day. We have purchased peacefully, made payment. When the purchase was confirmed, sales girl was insisting on buying monthly scheme on multiple time even though I turned it down. I have seen PC Chandra never insist on buying monthly scheme - not sure whether they have it or not! They have lift arrangement, so no issue. Came down to ground floor, security unlocked the collapsible gate. Took road towards home. I was a nice experience except the asking constantly for monthly scheme.

Worst experience. The staff was least interested in showing the items. Few were lazy as if they are in god knows what trance. Everyone was like a sloth. The jewelry collection was small compared to the big store. I am not sure whether usually people around this area have low expectations from staff but over all it was a bad experience. How they expect people to buy things from these stores if the staff dont show the customer all the products they have. I have been to other showrooms which is much smaller yet have better staff better collection. Dont look at the building size it looks good from outside hollow inside..also the staff. Please train your staffs senco, you wont make money with such staff.

Good place for jewellery. Recently they are maintaining strict rules for COVID-19 - like checking the temperature at the entrance, sanitising hands with contactless devices. The security is also very strict. You need to show your full face to the camera and write your name, phone number and addresses at the entrance. The stuffs are very polite, humble and helpful. You will be greeted at the entry a small water bottle and guided to your place of interest by the stuffs.

Fantastic sales team. I just bought some jewellery during high gold rate season only due to the fantastic behaviour of the sales staff. In the diamond jewellery section there is a fantastic lady showing reasonable collections. She well understood the customers need. Horrible experience..i have bought galabala where weight written in their token attached with the product is not same as their weight machine and have paid the amt showing in the token .and other horrible experience i have faced..i have paid NEFT and it was credit on that day only but from senco jadavpur branch they denied as they didnt received any mail from their ho.. though their bank transaction details was showing on the date of credited amt on day i have made payment..i have been forced to pay the gold amt on the day mail received day..which was much much higher then the day they received the amt in their account...I will never ever buy anything from Senco Gold and jewellery...they only know to harrash customer and they are equivalent to thief..they only know how to take money from customers illegel way..even they dont deserve any star...they should be banned

Collection was good .Variety of every range .But the receptionist with whom I had a conversation has given wrong information.Though the manager apologised.I had asked whether I can buy a item from this branch if I have a advance slip of senco of Garia branch.She said yes and when I came they told it’s not possible to redeem a advance slip of another Branch.I also told her that this is a advance slip which I had exchanged with my old gold from senco of Garia branch .Since Garia branch don’t have design which I was looking I want to knw whether I can redeem it from here .

The Senco Gold store is situated on the main road just after left side of Sukanta Setu. It has own parking lot with security guard. The sales counter lady is well behaved similarly the cash counter cashier. I rate it is excellent in service and quality management.

Though their design and collection were decent I was highly disappointed because they had displaced the PGI authenticity certificate of a platinum ring I bought. They didnt even mention it at the time of purchase.
