It was a very pleasant stay. Nice surrounding because of the green environment in the outside of the hotel, calm and peace both are here. The only negative thing I had to say is for the breakfast. Previously I had been told that breakfast will be provided as complimentary but I didnt receive. So, its a bad impression for the guests. Rest of the things were good. Mr. Najibul the reception manager was very polite.
It is “the “worst hotel I have stayed in. It should not be on oyo. Non friendly staff , actually there is no proper staff. They don’t even allow u to check in without full advance payment. They hav no kitchen , no card payment option. No hygiene. I reached hotel at 10:00pm in night , they asked me to pay full advance payment in cash . They rudely said that they won’t allow me to check in before full payment in cash. Rooms are damp , they won’t give u the wash room kit even if u don’t request again and again., there is no end to their unprofessionalism. Worst ever experienc 😡
This is not a conventional hotel. It is basically a marriage hall which they put out as hotel during off seasons. There is no cooking facilities in the hotel which essentially means the breakfast that they provide is brought from outside which is again limited to Puri sabzi or bread butter. But on the plus side the rooms and toilets are pretty clean and well maintained.
Accessibility is a constraint, No proper parking facility, Cleanliness is an issue, Food not upto the mark, unprofessional staff, small function area.
Very excellent Room condition and the hotel stuffs were very friendly . I enjoyed stayed here during my stay. I highly recommend whoever have work in the VFS Global should stay here as it’s very near and very comfortable stay.
This hotel staff do not have any manner while talking to guests. We have already paid amount online but at the time of check-in they denied to check-in. They was talking to me and my wife very rudely. When I asked for the property manager they told me he is dead. This is not their fault alone. It is Oyo fault also. When I contacted oyo regarding this the guest relationship officer was telling that she was not able to convenience the property staff. She asked me to shift. After my agreement she was doing booking on behalf of me but no booking I have received till now. Shame on oyo customer relationship officer and this is not the way to treat the customers. Please do not book this property specially if you are reaching there in evening time. The location is also very odd. Please avoid booking this hotel in order to save your time.
Its in a quiet location, the view from the top floor of the room is amazing. Staff members are good and reasonable price. Overall good experience.
One of the worst hotel and the service I have ever experienced in my whole life. The manager boy of the hotel after asking his boss(owner) refuse to give breakfast and wifi connection which was included in my booking.And after asking to my booking site which was Agoda they also answered very irresponsibly that they can’t help.So, according to me Agoda website and this particular hotel should be boycott by all the customers.
The hotel was good. I enjoyed the stay. The staff was good. Room cleanliness and comfort was fine.
Worst place to stay. They took the booking and then cancelled it out of their own will, saying they dont take OYO bookings... at that moment, when you have guests accompanying you, becomes difficult to get an another booking.... wont book it ever...

PLEASE DONT BOOK this hotel through Oyo. I was denied to checkin because Ive already paid an amount at which they cant offer us a room. The hotel manager told me that he simply cant do anything, contact oyo(for shifting or else). At that time due to network issue I couldnt connect oyo. So I had to pay again(which was much higher that what Ive paid to oyo) for the same room to book it offline since at that time I wasnt able to go and find another hotel. The hotel manager told me that hell fully co-operate if oyo calls and will mark my stay as no show so that oyo will refund the money I gave thorough online. He also assured that Ill definitely get a refund, and this is happening now a days, its totally oyos fault. But after returning from there when I contacted with oyo(which is also a very painful thing, oyo has the worst customer support, they even bother to call back) I came to know that oto dont offer a refund for no show. So clearly I was scammed the by the hotel manager and had to pay twice of my hard earned money for the same room. And since the hotel manager didnt give a me bill for the offline payment (even after asking), I dont even have a proof.This is a trick- saying that we cant offer a room at such low price, contact oyo its their fault. Many hotels at many places are doing it. Dont believe them. Oyo recently started a policy that if the hotel denies your check in, the hotel has to pay twice of the booking amount as a penalty to the customer. But since oyos customer support is bad itself, ultimately we, the customers, have to suffer.So please dont book through oyo, and even if you have do, just dont pay the money online, pay at hotel and if any problem occurs, deal it yourself, dont waste your time contacting oyo.
