Excellent Collection of shoes. All types of shoes at different price range. Spacious and clean. Staff professional and quick response to your requirements. Staff gave suggestions for choice of shoe colour which matched with my like and requirements. Even offers are given. I enjoyed shopping here because I got quickly my choice.Everybody should visit and try here. Now its crowded but in other times its not crowded.

They seem to have a decent collection of shoes. Although bata feels nostalgic and reminds of school shoes, they do have the latest trendy fashions. So if you are planning to visit this store, you wont be bored.

Yesterday I bought 6 pairs sandal and shoes. One of your employee was behaving very rude in billing counter. And I didnt know why he changed my sandal number. Thats while I bound to go your store for change the sandal again... what a shame service...

I have never faced such insult in my entire life. I am a sincere customer of bata since my childhood. But today something happened which was beyond my imagination. The stuff literally told me to msinmain my standard because I didnt chose the pair of shoes which I asked me to show. My friend actually was suggesting that it didnt look good on me and suddenly he got so furious and literally screaming infront of all the customers to maintain my standard, my choice and not to depend on others.

I have just come out of the shop. Worst experience I have ever had. Went there for a shoe exchange. Talked with customer service before. They sent me a reference number through email for exchange purpose. I went to this shop today, talked with the so called manager, and trust me guys he was rude with us from the beginning. I just tried to convince him that the shoe hasnt been worn more than once by my friend and she only walked in front of her house for sometime to test it out. Just bcz there was some dust, a worker of Bata said to polish the shoe then they can receive it. But the manager declined this. We tried convince him that she hadnt worn that shoe more than once and thats also in front of her house. But he didnt listen and was very rude nd continuesly said that no one will buy this shoe, and said will u buy it as we didnt go there to buy the same shoe , we went there to exchange it. This kind of rude behaviour we didnt expect at least from a manager from this shop. He continued this rude behaviour from start to the end, and whenever I said that he is being rude, he told me I am not a customer, and he is not talking with me, but he was talking with me. Just bcz of his rude behaviour we went out from that shop, in a way they forced us to get out from their shop by being very rude and impolite. And in any case someone from Bata reading this, I was a customer of your company, bought many shoes from your various stores in Kolkata. Today you lost a customer who bought your shoes throughout his life. I never thought I will get this kind of behaviour from a manager of a such a reputated company.And this kind of rude behaviour with the customer is the main reason people buy from online store.

Today I visited Bata Jadavpur. Unfortunately my experience with Bata is very bad. There was a size problem for my choice and I really needed a pair of my choice . After 5 mins I heard that two sales person were chatting about me . They assumed that I was spending my time there as it was raining outside . I asked them .....are they saying anyting to me ?They said ...yes mam ....ha ha .....do fast. It was so insulting for me . I wont visit this showroom in future.
