Due to Covid 19 this Cinema Hall is temporarily closed. This particular cinema hall is exactly beside Dum Dum Metro Station. Worst thing is this single screen gate entrance now became a perfect place for smoking. Every day over at least 500 people smoke in front of the gate. No police nothing. Avoid this sort of cinema hall.

This hall has been there ever since I had come to senses in early 70s. This Cinema Hall was nearest to Sinthee area and only Cinema hall in the vicinity. I used to look forward to a shoe at this hall with a possible opportunity to look at beg chop and singara the vendors used to serve in the hall during intermission. This is also the first place I was introduced to western instrumentals - later in 80s, i realised that they used to play The Ventures - Golden Hits before the show began or during intermission of a movie irrespective of whether it had Uttam Kumar or Bhanu Bandyopadhyay in the lead. Its painful to see its current dismal state.

Netroa cinema hall now close. I have been seen last movie Bahubali 2.That time this cinema hall was fully running. This is not so good or bad. Need more improvement. The ticket price of the cinema hall was cheap.

I am very much disappointed....very very much..bcz I have heared Netro closed just two weeks before.I never expect it..mah childhood movie hall..from chaildhood spnt quality time with mah family...just after hear it m very much shocked..sound system was so good..all new movie came there...so why it close?

Not much of a place to watch a movie. Nice place to park your motorbikes due to its proximity to the station.

May be oldest, un-maintained, most affordable cinema hall with lots of mosquito and cockroaches.
