I had 10 months of experience in IT at that time of joining in this company. They took a machine test where I passed the test and selected in web programmer role(PHP, MYSQL) . But Worst experience ever to me was happened in my 26 days of sort carrier with this company.. , after 26 days of work they fired me suddenly with cause of performance isnt up to the mark, but still I am working after that in another reputed IT company. I started my carrier with a start up company. But previously any manager or partner never discuss with my performance issues rather they are satisfied with my performance as per my experience level and they gives advises how to improve more and be efficient and how to improve coding skill and how to reduce time to complete a task. Webgrity Ex-hr (Mr. Sandip Chakraborty) promised me that time of termination that what ever Days I worked there the salary will be credited in my ICICI bank a/c, but he never sayed that I have to visit office again for this payment and he never discussed me about to finish exit procedure neither called me to finish exit procedure. In-fact the Webgrity managers doesnt discussed about my performance issues as well as the senior developer and what was the problem with me. Then how a new comer in IT industry will understand his/her fault. They just fired me. Thats all... But ultimately the company did not pay me whatever day i worked there and even I called there to ask about my pending salary and when I called to the hr to discuss about my pending salary, suddenly he asked me to come office to discuss about that and what was very strange to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I had broke a rule by bunk a working day without inform office. After that I promised to CEO that I will never do that in future, and I apologised for that. But it doesnt mean to break a new learners confidence with some disappointed sentences... Like... Performance not up to the mark, manager and developer is not comfortable to work with me..I had lots of arguments with manager and developer(, But they never said me anything about this topic) within a week , we can assume this boys future etc etc. In my sort career I never experienced that type of sentences which was a kind of shock to me as a beginner. And thats why this company is not a good one to me.. A New comers breaks rules but not the experienced one. New learner should give another chance to recover his/her fault in IT sector, but not expect more than another one chance in my opinion.And at the last company location is in very odd place. There is neither a food court nor a tea stall around it. It is located in a residential area. Not look like an IT office. Office entrance is very very narrow. Washroom is very small. Pay scale is very low.. Increments is also negligible. Very tight office joining time policy. If anyone late for one second then he/she will lose one half day salary. Taking leaves from HR is very difficult for new comers. Have to give lot of excuses. Saturday work policy is still there.

That is path breaking given i have worked with several reputed companies like Wipro etc.2) Salary is hardly ever late.3) There is no overtime work culture prevalent. I am working in this company since 2015. When I joined here that time we just involved in our work, without work we did not do anything, we could not celebrate birthday in our office. But at this time we celebrate Holi, Diwali. Now our office arrange a foreign trip, recreation and table tennis tournament in every year. Our office has some good things like no issue in salary, fixed working hours, no extra times, office environment is good, our team members are very co-operative, they are very professional, they cannot do any politics.
