The HR called me and gave me assessments after assessments I kept completing did not bother to tell me anything regarding the results after the writing session I emailed her asking about my results then she said I was close but not selected.Such a waste of time. Worst recruitment process.

Their is no such company present in that building ! They are operating with multiple company names ! Fresher dont go their because company has no genuineness. HR will call you to have a written test with them, then hr will sent you mail for written test invitation with name (Techmonastic Pvt.Ltd) but their is no such company present in that location (Some service Pvt.Ltd) Module No: 534 i forgot the correct name of their office. Even when they will give you question paper that also in another different company name (The Grey Parrots). So be careful !! They are Scammers and fake company ! And more over if your passionate fresher cs engineer go with company who has 1.Genuineness 2. Good Employee Scale 3. Who works with latest cutting age technology.

This is the place where u can find the actual meaning of the words Work with fun. The best place to work with a lovely team member and at the end of the day you will go to your home with a lots of memory . If you want to grow your knowledge then it will be the best place for you.

I wasted almost 4 hours there as i went for the interview for the position of content writer. After making me sit for an hour they provided me the machine test. Then i sat for another two hours after which i poked the HR for the face to face round. They made me wait for another half and hour and then the HR finally came up and said that for next round they would give me a call. There was no face to face interview. I just sat there like an idiot, missed my office, wasted my precious time just to hear We would call you later. Please do not harass the candidates if you are not serious with the recruitment process. Very bad experience.

I have given only one star. Does not it mean how low standard company is this? Hopefully you have not worked with them and have not given interview in the company. The HR of the company even does not know the simple courtesy to inform the candidate about the result of the test. When you as a candidate ask them, then will probably bother you to inform. Your works will be verified by those who may not be from your domain. This is the way small and cheap companies in Kolkata, especially in West Bengal are popping their head like frog-umbrella.

I do not understand why some people submitted poor reviews about techmonastic solutions.I am working here and its been 6 months now..guys trust me initially I wasnt expecting this company to be this much good but honestly it is, indeed!!We do have work in PHP WordPress and some js library bt initially I was a noob in PHP still sir has chosen me..This is the best company I believe and yes if u r c CPP background u r always welcm..work environment is awesome..and sir is quite helpful. only cons is alternate Saturday is on..
