Also the sales person will bother everyone all the time ( make up department is very persuasive and dont fall for massive discounts or gift items)Cons : look at the negative reviews... everything mentioned is there. AC doesnt work. Trial rooms have zero maintenance. No sitting area or food area.. The home town part is still OK.

Its a nice mall where you find Central on ground and first floor and hometown on second floor. The collection is very nice in both of these stores. However, there is no food court inside the mall, yet you can find various stalls just in front of the mall.P.S. : Have Tandoori Tea in one of those stalls.

Its a good store with a different variety in womens clothes section from other stores. Its has big brands too. Overall it has a good collection in all the sections of clothing footwear,etc. Also there is a certain offer going on all the time. Sales staffs are good but customer service desk needs to improve they need to be more proactive. To resolve a query min 15-20 mins wait time is there.Basement parking is free.

Vizag Central is too good compare to kolkata. Variety wise also stock there is much more then here. So it was ok

Wouldnt recommend anyone, had worst experience.Purchased 11000 worth of clothes from Central mall, the receptionist knowingly or unknowingly didnt keep socks in my carry bag I came to know that after reaching home. I went back again to the mall they made me wait 40-50 mins in the customer service area as of I am at fault their then they told we have checked the CCTV you are not wrong the billing guy has missed to give socks to you. ( I mean really !! for 4 socks you are checking CCTV A person buying 11k worth of clothes will lie about rs.500 socks.) Then they made me wait saying they are unable to find that socks.... after sometime thay said we will give you a credit note that too the RUDE terrible customer staff did multiple calls confirming the same ... finally I left the place without taking the socks or credit note.....Worst experience.

I mostly shop from Central cause the give quiet good offers. They got all good brands with good collection ! The ground floor is for women, the 1st floor for men and 2nd for appliances and all. Youll also get Biswa Bangla product on the 1st floor. The trial rooms are also quite big !

Great place to shop with lots of options but very rude salesmen and customer service.They wont turn on the AC and no ventilation is available causing people to sweat like anything. Even after shopping lots of items for 2-3 hours, if you ask in customer service lounge or any salesman for water they will tell you to straight away go out and buy. Similarly, washrooms are very dirty and no soap/sanitizers are available.Even though huge collection is available but very rude behaviour and leading to bad customer experience. Never recommend to anyone.

Nice shopping place . Service is amazing there and staff are polite i hv been to this place many times and never returned empty hand . They hv the latest trends and lots of discount available. All u need is to go and ask for the service and get good clothes, purse , shoes/ sandal , accessories etc. On above of central they also have floor for home town . This is a great place for general home shopping. The clothing collection is goodThey have a home needs section and electronics appliance section as well.The eatery located just outside the exit entrance served good food at reasonable prices. Especially the pasta..its remarkable.They have a shuttle service which can drop you at the nearest bus stop as well on their electric vehicles.The washrooms are some of the cleanest and well maintained among Kolkata malls. There are comfortable seating areas in case you get tired shopping. 5 stars to that.

Good mall, with a great range of products. The clothes were stylish and good quality and prices too were in keeping with the quality. They also have household section for decor items as well as everyday use items. There is another section homeland for furniture and electronic goods.

This place was used to be Bigbazar Hometown but the company redecorated it and also upgraded it to new design. It is first Central in Kolkata having huge collection of clothing and other home accessories. They are giving good offers to attract customers to the newly opened shop. I think the employees are inexperienced here, taking lots of time for billing and other tasks.

Every discount published in the advertisement are fake and false. Whenever you go for redemption there is always a lame excuse.

The mall was known as HomeTown mall sometime back. It was changed to Central mall I think sometime last year. Even in this short span after renaming the mall has undergone so many cosmetic changes and rearrangements inside. From day one the mall was jinxed and it never got the success that Mr. Biyani expected from it and hence so many makeovers. The new mall has a limited variety of everything but almost everything is overpriced considering the quality. There are several other stores of comparable standards but of low cost. Not worth a visit.

Very poor experience. Cx has no respect. Cx satisfaction is null and void. Customers service executives and managers are very illogical and unprofessional.
