If you truely bothered about Quality think TWICE before vising Fetomat. But if you bothered about nice decorative maternity clinics, you may surely visit this place in KOLKATA. Also, Dont get fool by seeing so high ratings (5*) in Google, just apply your common sense while reading the reviews πππ€π€...I visited recently, my observations are as follows:Cleaniliness ( 4/5); only one scorpion(kakra biche) found in the WASH BASIN of the bathroom. Else definitely 5*.Staff ( 4/5) : All are lady staff and havent seen a single male staff. Staffs behaviour is polite with the patients if compared to any FREE Govt. Hospitals in WB. However, i found it shocking they all were busy querraling among themselves in front of the patient parties π€π€Charges (3/5): It charges almost DOUBLE than most other private clinics in kolkata. For 20 week Anamoly scan they have charged Rs. 3700. πDoctors (2/5) : I booked for Dr. Pradip Goswami. The Doctor came late and was busy with his car parking issues outside the clinic & surprisingly the junior Trainee doctor actually did the entire USG procedure. After I complaint, it was told to me that Dr. Goswami usually Re-check all the reports, which I feel is kind of being cheated after visisting a highly paid private clinic. Trust me, one can get such similar facilities in any Govt. Hospitals π, that also in FREE..Overall (3/5): Nice Decorative clinic.you may visit depending on your priority...
My overall experience was great when I had gone for a fetal echo at the sovabazar outlet.. they had the best doctors. But only that the appointment was altered last minute and also they didnt accept credit card. I feel the place is bit a highly priced... the rates should be reviewed in accordance with other diagonistic centres
I had visited for the first time in Fetomat Foundation Sovabazar center. The behavior of the staff was very good,cooperative,maintaining good hygiene inside the center.Only one suggestion I will give to improve for betterment regarding report of diagnosis.I had taken first trimester screening test report in a printout format where it was not clearly visiable the detailing.It would be better if the report comes in a plate format which I had already received from other diagnosis center like surakha etc. But overall experience was very good.

I had visited this clinic by 2nd August, 2021 for anamoly scan. My Experience was really good. Receptionists both are very helpful as well as doctor was very good.One thing I would like to mention that waiting timing is long as my appointment time was 2pm but I was allowed to go for scan by 4pm.Please maintain this in future, otherwise I have very good experience & I would like to come again for further tests.

Well trained and well behaved staffs. We have visited the centre while the Covid is in surge. But sanitization process is magnificent even to a micro level. Finally all the doctors are too good, they give you the pinch of confidence through their state of the art diagnostics, that you need in any crisis. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting Fetomat foundation sovabazar branch since last month. I have taken folliculometry test from fetomat foundation.I am really impressed by the service received from them. The doctors and other staff members are very cooperative. They cater to the needs of patients. In this pandemic situation they have maintained good hygienic and sanitized environment in the premises. Fetomat foundation is a very good organization for women healthcare.
Very cordial behaviour by the staffs and doctors are very compassionate. Had a lovely experience watching my babyβs movement on their big screen. As a first time mother Iβm very content with the experience. High tech equipmentβs and clean environment.

We visited so many diagnostic center in last few years. But so far Fetomat is the best. They are quite responsive and moreover the behavior towards the patient is quite good.

Its been lovely and wonderful journey with Fetomat since October 2020. Special care is given to ensure premise is sanitized everytime which I think is very important during this Covid outbreak. Front desk receptionist are very helpful and polite and are always ready to extend all sorts of help and assistance. I would definately recommend Fetomat for all types of pregnancy related scans.
