Lack of system, lack of management, rude behaviour specially with old persons. Lack of communication.Overall if candidate has improper information and documents, they will definitely suffer. People should keep time in hand. Dont expect work to be done on same day.

Worst government staff ever seen.... They have no manners, they dont know how to talk with a girl, how to behave... Always like shouting on the applicants, they treat us like we are uneducated or Roadside beggers, even they dont want to listen our problems..they dont deserve even a single star.

Pharmacist Certificate is woefully wrongly written. Date of birth is wrong. Address is wrong. The staff of the office say if you go to correct the mistakes you will not get certificate within a year !!

The staffs are very ill behaved. The staffs feel that Pharmacists are begger. There is no enough space to stand. WBPC still in the primitive age. There is no online service. Renewal of license is an horrible and nightmare to us. The office shows the governance of West Bengal. A complete mismanagement. It looks like a fair out side the office everyday.

Pharmacy council staff are very lazy they are not helpful.Even there behavior very bad..i have very bad experience about that place.

Renewal started everyday now. Those who have done their training have to fill up yellow form, attach copy of Pharmacy Main Cirtificate both side, last renewal Cirtificate, Aadhar card, training Cirtificate , payment receipt for training, 2 copy pasport photo. Those who havent completed training need to fill up yellow form_ white from & attaches the needful

Never ask for quicker operation, or your work will definitely get delayed by twice the time mentioned earlier. Hoping they get retired soon! They need it.

Pharmacy council office should be opened all week days.working system is very bad.

From here, you will receive your Pharmacist registration, nursing registration.Service is very slow, students could never know previously whether the registrar is coming or not.No online system- Remissness at its peak.You have to enlist your name by the previous night or you have to come at very dawn, otherwise you stand no chance.

The Registrar there is not accepting my form for the renewal of my certificate of registration. What should I do? What does it indicate? Is WBPC conducting upgradation program legal? Ph.D in pharmacy will do upgradation under M. Pharma.?

Except west bengal, every PCI official work possible through online . We will be happy if maximum work done by Online .

Worst council as compared to all state pharmacy council in India , All people have a big ego and attitude problem , even the clerk there behaves like we pharmacy graduated people are beggers , if there is any higher authority to complain against them I could have done that a long time ago .

The staff of West Bengal pharmacy Council has to learn how to behave with other people. They need a training for improving their behavior. They need to learn professional behavior and communication. There staff members of pharmacy Council thinks that all people who comes to West Bengal pharmacy Council for registration Or any other purpose, are uneducated. But the truth is that The staffs of West Bengal pharmacy Council are illiterate person.

Office workers are not helpful. People will not get proper guide from them. No work is done systematically. An enquiry counter is very much necessary. In some sections online process should start to low the rush and public harassment like enroll the name in upgradation training, renewal of registration, fees collection etc.

Very very bad experience in my entire carrier, becoz I went third time for transfer of certificate failed to do so. Last time was obstructed due to attestation of certificate by gazette, but now a days self attestation are required. How they run their office. Really its sarkari naukri. Plz mamta didi do some smart work and make all the activity online from issue of certificate to all. 😭

All Staff Are Very Helping But I Didnt know why they couldnt serve the pharmacist properly. Maybe its lack of proper Staff....Dear Council it is my request to you to add More Staff For Better Service.Because Most of the Pharmacist come From Different Places of West Bengal and come with a Faith that their renewal or Certificate they get on that day but the office staff refuse , this is the bad thing.Dear Registrar SirPlease Solve the Problem of all The Pharmacist..We all have same problem...

Thia place is for pharmacy registration process, renewal process of pharmacist. Most important place for all pharmacist of West Bengal. The place is good but the stuff are very bad. They treat people like cow. Always crowded with the renewal of registration. They give form or renew upto 1pm and they start doing their work from 10am.Sysmtem must be improve.

Location wise its easy to access from salt lake karunamoyee.... walkable distance...Ur one point stop for all your pharmacist and pharmacy degree related issues....there is also a public canteen...where one can have lunch also...

Terrible chaos for pharmacist registration. No proper accomodation for handling the huge footfalls there.

I want to say every one that here one son of a beach is there. His name is sayak halder. He is working here as pharmacy register. Now every one will ask me why i am telling son of a beach to him (sayak halder). My 70 years old father went there for renew his pharmacy certificate. But that fellow insulted my father. And ask very weired question. So i am requesting all my west bengal friend pls dont leave this man. He is really a son of a beach.

The staff of the office is not well. They roughly behave with people and less knowledge in computer and have no pharmacy background

Very Rude Behaviour they have. I request you to you should give one star. Its like inn ke Paap ka office hai. They dont have schedule,discipline and manners. Government should take a steps against them and install a feedback system there.

Service is very bad. They dont maintain the working hours, dont have any discipline way of work. Quality and behaviour of all staff is very rude. They behave like they are master and public are the servant.

This office is slower then a tortoise, in terms of working, the only reason for giving them 2 🌟 is that SOME (not all) of its staff are good and SOMETIMES understand the need of urgency.
