Welkin is one of the best pathology labs. Above all, I like to mention their X-ray quality which is super duper HD. Once a well-known doctor told me that a good quality X-ray can explain the damages caused to a patient way better than any test report.

Horrible experience..they deposited money from my parents knowing the fact the machine of nbc is not working..since this is a costly test they could not let go off the patient and simultaneously the chance of earning profit..even if it is earned at the cost of harrassing two senior citizens..they did not bother to give the refund back to them and tell them to come later when the machine is fixed..kudos to your staff and management..what a service..

Its a good pathology center. Provide all kind of test. The things go in organised manner. One will have to stand in queue as always it is congested.But results are reliable as they have own pathology lab. Outdoors are well equipped.

I have bad experience with welkin, Patient blood sample took for particular test which was given in prescription but generated test bills was different and charged inappropriately when I asked why it is different then administrative lady person was so rude to reply my query and made the worst situation to simple issue and simply i asked collected blood sample was for particular test and charged amount found different test so instead of apologizing she argued and made me wait for a long and finally she given the correct bill with correction and paid amount for asked test only but here she didnt even felt that mistake which they made so please if any person of welkin reading this review then try to improve the behavior with the patient and patient party , Welkin earnings depends on patients only so please beware on dealing with the people.

They dont give you a official bill for the test done. They just give you a cash memo which has nothing like GST number, Registration number, Pan number . The reimbursement of bills cannot be done from our offices since any of the registration number is required on bill as per rule. When enquired their front desk say that they are not registered with GST or service tax or sales tax. Neither they can share PAN no of the company. Very very strange that such a big diagnostic center who pounces on to their patients for advice money does not provide any bill. Strict no from my side as we have plenty of other good diagnostic center in that area.

Though lab is good.. service is horrible.There is no queue system. people will come after you and get tested.If you ask they will say they came before you.but you really dont know where you stand in all these.

Welkin Garia is the worst diagonestic centre in Kolkata West Bengal. Price rates are double. They have prepaid system. Once you paid the money they will treat you as dogs.. never pick up phone calls and by chance if they picked up then they avoid it like telling we will call you, which will never happened. Be careful before you choose this centre for your tests.

The place is quite good. They have to arrange more setting capacity. Quite expensive but good. Staff are also good.At the end I like it I will recommend it to all.

I had always heard good about welkin and that is the only reason usually I get all my test done out here but today I had experienced something which I want to bring in notice. For a test I had been asked to submit Xerox of Aadhar card which I missed, when I reach welkin and provide original aadhar card and asked them to get it Xerox ,they denied and ask me to get it xeroxed from outside, it took 20 minutes to find a place where I can get it xeroxed then submit. Xerox machine is a very common machine carried by even a small office, just a small suggestion to welkin that please support your customers with these small small things people will always appreciate.

Horrible staff behaviour. Receptionists are the worst. They think like they are doing some favour to patient by doing their duty. I submitted sample for test on 3rd April. As the report was to delivered on 6th April and i am out of town, i wanted the report on mail. They asked me to register my mail id with admin. I did the same, but report not shared on mail. Worst 4D scan ever witnessed. After spending Rs.3250 you definately not expect a report where nothing is clear. Normally 4d usg is supposed to have a clear image of baby but the one I got has no trace of what I am looking at but report shows normal stating we are not responsible if baby is not normal at delivery.

A very popular health check up center in Garia area---- though its just a gimic. For prior booking or on spot booking they did manupulation very badly without thinking the patient condition how bad s/he is going through. For example they gave me serial number of 24 for USG however by chance I have checked their record list, and saw that serial no 1and 2 name is written over the list after that 3 to 8 was blank again from 9the name is written on the list.This is typically malpractice When you ask them to early service for next day or upcoming days they will give you same serial number which is the later part of the day. Moreover the billing staffs behaiver is like they are working n DELHI AIIMS. Since the BRWS Hospital is down now a days, Welkin started playing monopoly in the market. A very disappointing management.

Good and popular pathlab but the price for any test is at least double, if not even more, than that of any good and reputed lab in kolkata. Just one example. TSH test costs ₹220 at both Apollo Diagnostic and Dr. Lal Pathlab but here it costs ₹550. Compare the cost for any test and youll find they are just looting you.
