Pathetic service. The doctors over here are also not trained properly. One of my family members paid 35k to get herself treated for the removal of marks from her hands. They said that after 7 sittings the marks would be completely removed. First of all they always kept on postponing the appointments every week. It was extremely hard to get an appointment with them. Secondly one of the doctors even bruised her arm severely while treating her which left a very bad Mark. She paid to get the marks removed but they gave her more marks on her hand and it bled severely. So she stopped going there and consulted a doctor who gave her an ointment costing only around 200 bucks.after applying that the ointment the marks disappeared. It was a total waste of money. They are thieves. Ripping off people. Making false commitments.

Well all that glitters is not gold. i took my wife there for a session there. i later heard from her that the staff there quarreled among themselves about who to take the job,then did the job with utter carelessness and hurry.later that night my wife said her face was burning and i saw 3 or 4 small cuts on her face(they did a facial).i am simply disgusted. She had another session a day after but i cancelled it.(though we had already paid for it).So guys please do not be fooled by tasty commercials and smart receptionists.Try VLCC much better.

This is totally wastage of money. I spend 1lac rupees for hair regrowth and they assured me that the hair will come out within two months but now it is already 7-8 months passed but no growth atall. Please freinds be aware of this. There is a doctor, name is dr. Kaushik. He only try to cross sale there products and treatment and giving lots of fake commitments which is never be full filled.

They are liar,cheaters.no results after one month therapy.waste of money and time.staffs are very bad.dont go there if you want to save your money ,time,and health also.

Where to start..I received a voucher of 10000 for a lot of services and had to pay 1770 for them..it included skin and hair analysis, facial, anti pimple treatment pedicure n all that....the analysis was nothing rather they were continuously forcing to me take all rest of the services..coming to facial the worst facial I had..did nothing felt like water n soap that to it was for 15 minutes or something..pedicure was worst than that only they chopped off my nails applied some cream nd nail polish...thought of having a haircut but it only included trimining..if I had something else it would have been chargeable....worst experience ever...I will nvr go to vibes again...

The service was really bad and non satisfactory. I booked for laser service but on my 1st session they burnt my tattoo (got 3 to 4 small burn) and i got water boils. After listing to my problem they are not ready to refund telling this is normal, people can get small burnt with laser. if u want to take any service, pay little extra and go to some other places

It is not worth any star rating. Unprofessional and unhelpful to the customers, reception is extremely rude and reluctant to answer or explain your queries.
