The behaviour of the staff in the reception are very rude, they dont follow any proper rules, basically it is a medicine shop, if your doctor available in any other place, please go there.

Went today for consultation with doctor. Within few minutes one of the staff approached us with face mask, head cover and face shield. After the consultation was over to our utter shock they had charged us 50 INR for the so called kit. When I questioned them they told its mandate and you can use it the second time. The mask they provided costs not more than 5 inr and the head cover is also of the same amount. I shouted and protested that this is unethical practice. They were not able to answer it. Shame of your cheap marketing policy. Beware of their practice and dont fall prey for their evil and malpractice.

Useful medical store

This is one of the best pharmacy stores in the adjoining areas of Bansdroni, Ranikuthi, Netaji Nagar. They have excellent stocks of varieties of medicines and have a positive attitude in serving their customers. In case a medicine is not in their stock, they get it for the people who need it on an urgent basis. They provide good percentage of discounts too and is believed to have free home delivery of medicines.P.S. - People giving low stars on account of COVID of their staffs show how mean these individuals are. Anyone can get affected by Covid and its very wrong to accuse a store like that. Google should actually suspend these low quality Local Guides whose main intention is to spread lies and negativity. Also stop bulshitting on the charges of the masks and PPE kits. If you are so concerned about costs, please wear one next time you visit the store. You have no right to spread the infection by being careless.

Though they stock all medicines. Recently some staffs have been affected of Covid 19 . So dont go now. Unfortunately using political strength they are spreading that nothing has happened

They keep all medicines, if some medicine is not there they will arrange for it. They even have doctors chambers.
