K R LYNCH & CO. Store is very very good, Staff are very helpful and sanctification.

It is the largest surgical instruments and appliances shop in Kolkata. It is over 100 years old. This shop is highly depended by doctors.

Extremely poor experience by these cheaters. Have gone to new lows by cheating at the time of billing and charging way more by in form of GST. All other surgical stores have prices have prices including GST. In fact, when called again for spot check they confirmed that their prices include GST. Upon demanding refund, hung up twice with threats.

Bad service. Very bad behaviour of the staffs. They made me feel like, I did make a big mistake by buying their product. Please Do not visit this shop or buy any product from them; I couldnt imagine people who all are sitting in the counter of the shop(which has reputation and name in the market fir orthopedic appliances) they are so much ill mannered and impolite and because dealing with thier customers with such rude and unprofessional behaviour. Utterly Ridiculous!They dont even know how talk or behave with a disable handicapped person. Disgusting Rascals!!
