I visited the office for medical fitness certificate.Administrative staffs are very cooperative. I got the certificate same day.

Very Bad experience. Poor management done by staff. I was asked to arrive at 10 am, no one was there. They took the documents for 2nd dose of vaccine at 10:30 and asked us to wait. We had to stand for more than 3 hours. Everytime I asked, their response was that the permission for vaccine will be given any moment. No place to stand. Really crowded. Worst experience ever.

Now anyone can apply online for 2 nd dose of Covishield Vaccin in advance.But they are very Slow in response

They are very helpful. One can get fitness certificate easily by going through the proper procedure.
