I had taken a beauty services package worth Rs.15000 during my wedding Jan 2017. I stay in USA currently and was told that the validity of the voucher is for 2.5 years. Last year, during August when I went for vacation I tried to avail the services and was told that Four Seasons Spa has moved out and it has been taken up by Evokes Spa. I contacted over mail ,social media and several times with evidence of payment and they always move me from one email id to other without any solution. I still have 13000 INR balance and would like to avail it. Evokes confirmed they started from 8th August 2017.But this still shows working in google search and working
