I visited the place a Sunday after pencil booking over phone in advance. The receptionist-cum-manager welcomed me quite friendly. I was provided with the service chart with all details. Once I confirmed, the full payment had to be done in advance (which I believe may be changed into post-service?). The masseuse was recommended swiftly. It was Swedish Message of 1.5 hours by a Thai Lady. The entire process of massage was really delightful and relaxing. The lady did her job very well. I am very much satisfied since they provide printed invoice (pricey 😏) as well at the end. Was wondering if and when I can visit again.

After long time I took massage from this place the Thai spa it was a very good relaxing massage. I felt like refresh. Zoe from Mizoram she did very good job . I like her massage. And I will come again.

I have become quite a regular at Thai Spa past couple of years. The ambience and the service are top notch and at the highest professional level. Though I havent been able to make it there past few months firstly due to work and then Ofcourse covid. All the therapists are very professional and knowbtheir job well.

The therapist was very unprofessional she didnt even asked whether the client got satisfaction or not. Not worth it!

The Thai Spa at Quest has a peaceful ambience. I got a appointment of a therapist called Jasmine. She was technically so sound that massage therapy helps to reduce my muscle pain. I have low back and shoulder pain. But she helps me to relax, reduce my pain a lot. I would love to recommend the place to my friends. Once again I would say thanks to Jasmine...keep the good work..she is an asset to the Thai spa..

Great place for high quality authentic thai massage....Cindy is an expert in deep tissue massage... I had some sports injuries that she almost got rid of...will be visiting again.

Very disappointed!The massage scrub and mask was the worst and the most expensive I ever had on a trip Kolkata it looked very shady from inside like a glorified massage parlour! Not impressed dont waste your money here!The scrub mask was cheap quality. The massage was just a oil rub and the lady malhandled my neck I am not impressed at all very disappointed! Cold environment and reception was very bad will be never going back !!!
