Well you should do the appointment from Nearbuy so that you can get an extra piece of discount. Well about the masseurs they are quite well trained but they can tend to only 4/5 people at a time which makes it necessary to take prior arrangements. I must add weekends remain quite packed at this property.

Worst place ever. No stars at all. They are doppelganger of old place having same name. Its utter rubbish.

Waiting time was too much despite pre booking. Service provided was decent. Staffs were courteous.

This place used to be good 2/3 years ago. Now this is horrible. The therapists are extremely unprofessional. Why Am I saying so? Apart from the quality of the massage, they dont follow the basics. Recently I visited Foot Comfort on a Sunday morning around 11:15 as I took the first appointment. When we reached, only one person was there at reception. No therapists were around. After a call they arrived around 11:50 or so.They started the therapy in hurry. They didnt change their clothes (they were in jeans and t shirt) so much so that they were wearing bangles, rings etc. During a massage, a therapists should not wear anything which may hurt the customer. Anyway, they completed their therapy talking loud with the person who was at reception. They were discussing about the upcoming clients - their unwillingness to serve a particular client and so on.It was very annoying and disturbing as a customer.SO this place doesnt follow the basics! I have stopped going to this place now after similar experience for more than once!!!You can avoid this place for sure.
