Nice office. Good people. The entrance to the building and the escalator is aweful. Entrance is like a 15th century burnt house. And, mercy, the escalator is matching to the same experience.

The worst life insurance company in PAN INDIA. The worst operational activities with the worst company etiquettes. Not even 1% closer to Kotak Life or HDFC life or Max Life

Illegally force presented auto debits several time to my bank, then disturbed my life policy maintenence, never experienced this with other insurance companies, only Tata AIA acted irrationally by injuring this policy holder.Present officials of Tata AIA dont care to give heed to the reputation of Tata.

One of the worst company I have ever come acrossed. They called me up for the interview saying that it is a HR role whose responsibilities are documentation and recruiting candidates. But when I went to there Office there comes the actual story. She tells me that it is absolutely selling of TATA products and collecting revenues. The entire profile is of commission based. There is no fixed salary. Stay away from these fraud people. Strictly DO NOT go to the interview. I don’t even feel to give a single star for this company. They deserve a zero star. Absolutely rubbish. Do not go to the Interview. Guys do not waste your time.

Today its being 60 days and they are successfully avoiding my policy surrender request.Whenever I go their office, they always have somekind of issues with my policy although PAN/AADHAR/Address proof/NEFT everything is verified and updated in their system.And the magic is that their salesman is at my door with new policy!Shame on you TATA AIA.
