Refuses to offer an extra straw, How can I call it a Good place to go and eat with friends or family ? However, you must not try the tandoori chicken, its dry and not juicy as it should be from inside.Directions- Sodpur mor, On 4th Floor. You can go through lift. Its available from the right most corner of the building in ground floor. Parking is available yet, I can not assure a 4 wheeler parking down at the front of the building. Also, accessible parking is less, mostly it is a spot which if you get, you just get by chance.

Had such an aweful experience at rang de basanti, sodpur. First the staff was impolite. the one taking orders was rushing us to order so much as if the place was overloaded, which it wasnt. 2-3 tables were empty when we visited.Coming to the food now. I dont recall when was the last time i had such bad food experience. We ordered butter nan, RDBD special fried chicken, amul cheese chicken tikka. we were about to order dal too but the startes were so aweful we didnt order any other dishes. The RDBD fried chicken was too oily, blant, no taste at all. amul cheese chicken tikka wasnt fresh hard to chew. butter nun, well didnt even had the smell of butter and rubber like.Full waste of time, appetite and money. Visit at your own risk.

The food was good... We ate Biriyani, nun and dhaba special mutton curry... The biriyani was bit spicy.. Not like the Dada boudi one which I like the most. I liked the mutton curry however... However the worst part was that they added about 40 rs to the bill in the name of hygine charge...

Last Sunday we visited RANG DE BASANTI DHABA 🌼. The ambience of the place was great kind of punjabi style. It would give you a little atmosphere to be in a dhaba. To make it more villagier there was a model of a tracter. All the lighting &2 decoration is so soothing. The staffs are also very gentle & well mannered. But according to me quantity at that price is not up to the mark. Ull get same taste of food in a good portion maybe in a bit less price.🌈LOCATION :SH 2, Peerless Nagar, No. 3 Deshbondhu Nagar, Sodepur 4 floor of Max shopping mall, Kolkata, West Bengal 700115🌈IN FRAME :❇️Kadhai chicken - It was a spicy dish among all the items. The chicken was well coocked & soft.❇️ Kolkata chicken bharta - The chicken was totally smashed in the bharta. So the entire dish was full of chicken. Taste wise it was not so spicy.❇️ Dilli ka butter chicken - There were 4 boneless chicken pieces in it. The chicken was fresh & soft. It tastes a bit sweet rather than spicy.❇️ Hari mirch chicken tikka - The tikka was also very yummy & properly cooked. And the smell of chilis and the spicy taste will give you a tingling sensation in your mouth. It was served with some salad.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐~ 4/5💠SAFETY : In this pandemic situation they took all the safety and sanitization precautions. They do the thermal checking and sanitizes each & every one. There were sanitizers in every dining table. So it is totally safe to visit there.

Pros- ambience was good and food was delicious. biriyani was sufficient in quantity and was really spicy, the way I like it. the salad was also nice.cons- gulab jamoons were too small for the price(3 pieces for rs. 80). a regular packaged rs. 20 water bottle charged for rs. 55, which is a lot in my point of view.

Went with family for dinner in this restaurant.They have very few items in their menu and also within that you wont be able to order only those which is available .Ordered veg items.. found them costlier than nearby restaurants .bottled water is 55 Rs.. what value addition fires restaurant does for more than double rate.🤔veg paneer biryani was very bad in taste..not edible.. informed manager then n there that its too bad still they did nothing..one good thing (reason for two stars) my daughter sat on tractor and she seemed to have a good time... so ambience wise its good but for food there are many other better value for money options available in Sodepur area.

All Stuff are disgusting. Manager instead of talking to customer, was watching South Indian movie with loud music and spoil the ambiance . Weighter serve the food with infectious hand. 1 liter bottle costs Rs. 55 while the MRP is Rs. 20. I will not suggest anyone to visit this place.

Food quality is satisfactory however a bit expensive comparing to other well known restaurants. I didnt find any reason for mineral water to be RS 55 which is available in market for RS 20

I went there with my family.I enjoyed the small trip so much.The ambience was really beautiful.Well decorated inside.Staffs were friendly with us.I tried many items there.All were really good in taste.We ordered chicken rice,gera rice,masala kulcha,plane ruti,butter paneer masala,mutton curry,khatta mitha mutton curry,chicken cheese kabab and firni.Quality and quantity both were good.I also tried a special soda,which was just amazing.I really loved this drink.

Personally I always like their styles not only about restaurant style also uniquely they serve their food.Food quality is as I good their is no doubt.Only one thing I feel theyre serving the food little bit late than usual I personally think it maybe happening because its festive time so usually very much rush here & another thing maybe the reason for this the thing this is the fourth day of this brunch so not so much stuff are here for thats why I give four stars here other wise they deserve give stars.

I had a horrible experience over here.. like lack of hospitality... Food wasnt even delicious lack of taste... Do not try non veg starters as well.. staffs behaviour was not good they dont know how to talk to a customer .. they did not understand how to fulfill the customers requirements & needs .. it was my first and last visit over here.....👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The worst place Ive ever gone, the staff service was worst and the food quality was worst than you can think they dont maintain hygiene they serve stale food and from biryani there was lots of stickiness were there and alloo was smelling bad looks like they served past days food and the management system was bad... Its at the Traffic More of the Peerless Nagar (Sodepur) on the main road of BT Road. Its good to see that urbanisation is extending to Greater Kolkata.Decor - Same as usual. The same theme of quirky quotes which is a combination of songs with food and ofcourse the tractor which needs special mention.Food - I never get disappointed with the food of this chain. Price - Quantity - Quality - Taste, a big thumbs up to this combo. Everything having a Desi touch in.We started with some refreshments. As we were 4 of us we took 4 different flavours of drinks which was named as Basanti Goli Soda . The flavours that was available are Soda Sikhanji, Narangi Soda, Fresh Lime Mix and Bhayankar Thanda cola. For me Soda Sikhanji was the most refreshing one. The price is 90 per bottle.Coming to the main part of the description. Starters - Main Course - Desserts. Visited this outlet of Rang De Basanti Dhaba recently. The place is well lit and has a spectacular view of the city. They have maintained the dhaba theme quite well. Starting from the tractor to aluminium glasses/plates gives you the feel of Punjabi Dhaba.There was an ongoing winter special menu that time. We thought to give it a try.We had,🔹Palak Ka Shorba🔸Dhaba Murgh Shorba🔹Makke di Roti🔸Sharson ka SaagReally liked the Murg Shorba, the palak Shorba was also nice.Apart from their winter special menu we opted for,🔹 Chicken Biryani🔸Peri Peri Chicken TikkaBoth the Biryani and tikka were good in taste. The chicken pieces were tender and succulent. The tikka couldve been a little more spicier though.Also tried their Goli Soda. My favourite was Orange Fizz.

In frame- Amul Cheese Chicken Tikka, Tawa Roti, Tandoori Roti(Butter), Daadi Ma ka Murgh Saag,Goli-Soda Sikhanji.The chicken tikka melted as quickly as we put it inside our mouth whereas murg ka saag was a bit on the spicier side or as it seemed as I dont eat any spicy food.Food quality and portion served was good enough and for two people the bill came as 670/- which was quite reasonable.Here you can get the perfect Dhaba vibes along with the music and food which justifies the name of the restaurant. Staffs are friendly and they helped a lot while choosing the Sodas as there were few colourful ones and we were not sure of the tastes.Chicken Tikka and Sikhanji are must tries at this place

This store of rang de basanti dhaba is in sodepur above max fashion. I recently went to try their food. It was a nice experience over there. The view was nice from that top. The staffs were good and courteous. The food was good. We ordered tandoori chicken momo as a starter. Then for main course we got hari mirch ki roti, butter naan and amritsari chole. The food tasted good. The experience was nice. I will definitely recommend every one to try this outlet once .

We went around 3:30 and had to request to turn the air conditioning on as the restaurant was totally empty. We spent around 700 rs on appetizers and drinks but as soon as we were done eating (in about 45 mins), the staff TURNED OFF the AC!!!! The temperature was above 35 degree c !!!This is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and to be honest, is a proof of how cheap this establishment is...HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Will never return.
