Broadway is one of the oldest hotel in kolkata. Its serving since 1937. The food quality is so good and price is also affordable. The ambience still gives the vibe of old kolkata. I loved this place very much. Monday to Friday its much crowded. But in weekends you can chill there.

Place serves alcohol at a comparatively cheaper price than other bars. Quite old but interior is well maintained. Although the ambience can be changed a bit more and the sitting area should be maintained properly keeping in mind the regular changing of table cloths to fresh ones. Service is more or less prompt and good. Do not expect it to be way cheaper than other bars and pubs because it is not. Good place for students for their lightweight pockets.

I have found Cockroaches, on my drinks , when I ask replace the drink, they replaced the drinks with the amount I left , when I ask replace with amount I ordered they start arguments , poor customer service and rud behaviour of managers evn waiters.

Ah! A classic iconic place in the heart of Calcutta. Running since the British era, the place still has the feel of a colonial hangover and it will continue to do so as long as the traditions are passed on to generations after generations. Drinks are low cost, food is inexpensive yet tasty. Easy ride by metro or Taxi or the number of options available in city.

The place can be compared to coffee house of college street. It has a very special retro look which I liked the most.For a restaurant or bar I always look for a good service but here I experienced the opposite. They served us late and also they didnt gave us any attention.We ordered beer, whiskey and chili chicken, cheese toast, chana masala and chili fish for snacks. The chili fish was tasty out of all these.The washroom is clean.

Excellent old school gastropub in the heart of central Kolkata with delicious finger food and very reasonably priced drinks. The high ceilings and plush seating arrangement add to the old world charm. The service is efficient and the staff are polite. The Chilli Mustard Chicken and Chicken Kiev Cutlet are absolute mus haves. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings, but I feel its part of the identity of this place.

Location is great, just near Chandni Chowk metro. The drinks and food both are affordable and surprisingly good in taste. We tried liver fry, mixed fried rice, chilli chicken and chilli fish. The liver fry was fantastic and the others were good as well.

A very poorly maintained bar, the furniture and upholstery is in very bad condition. Overall a very shabby and depressing look. This bar is frequented mostly by office goers, who have a drink on the way back home the only USP being a low priced bar in the heart of the business district.

A beautiful traditional pub in Kolkata for all kinds of people. staffs are really nice and the foods are good and the price is reasonable. one must try the Kiev for a starter, that is a delicious chicken dish. ambience is peaceful and this is very spacious. if needed, one can even get rooms for any purpose which are on the first floor.

This bar is one of the oldest bars in Calcutta, stands in complete contrast to South Calcutta bars or other fancy big-city bars. No hip hop music, no loudness, conducive to adda - gives you a coffee house kinda feeling with its high ceilings and old Calcutta photos put on the walls - THE coffee house. Frequented by mainly people who wanna hear each other talk and have a nice time over a few drinks. Dhadak movie was shot here, it was closed for a month or so. Try out fish fingers when you are here, best fish fingers in town.

The waiters serve food on time. The draught beer and fish fingers are a must. Its a great place to hangout with friends and colleagues. Not only good drinks but the food is quite good as well. Its a feel good place which is both old and new at the same time.
