This service center is as rude as other service center, where the attitude is simply overwhelming. Its not the 1st time I have visited the centre. I have had some problem with my keyboard and had visited there and the issue got resolved after 2-3 weeks and the problem returned after approximately a year.. but mind it the single star is not because of the repurcussion of that incident rather its because of the scenario that happened just a couple of minutes back. Now the incidentThe whole world is in a disorder, and working from home business are supporting others by working on weekends when there is lockdown on weekdays and after calling the number provided on the Google maps the guy actually said now its lunch time call after 3(very rudely ) and hang up the call without letting me say or ask anything, I have already uploaded the screenshot on the day of the incident.He eventually called me back after an hour and said he was busy and all and it was a holiday for them. He could have easily mentioned that on the 1st time.Rather he was busy enough to hang the call in 11 second and the 2nd time he was on call for 30 mins approx.Professionalism

I had a problem with my Yamaha keyboard. Shyan electronics fixed the issue successfully within couple of weeks. Oberall happy with their service. Few areas of improvement:- It would be good if they had home puckup and delivery service - with additional charge- Their office is small and there is absolutely no ventilation, which is not good specially in covid era- Since my keyboard was within warranty, they didnt provide any paper with details of the repair. I just took a picture of the job card with my phone. As a result, I dont have any proof or details of the repairing work. Not sure whether this is the standard procedure followed by Yamaha service centers

Very nice and co-operative people. They talk nice and behave well. Highly professional and excellent customer care and beyond expectation service.

They kept my keyboard for three weeks. That was frustrating. Three weeks without practice and your sense of music cripples.But they fixed it alright. Some keys screeched, theyre working fine again.It was within the warranty, so they didnt charge me.They were polite as well and helpful. And organised.

This is service center only has the brand of Yamaha, which they are making a disgrace out of it. Customer care and service is the worst to be ever found on this planet. I took my old Yamaha subwoofer for repair at their service center, without even assessing the product, they declared it to be irreparable. Engineers present at the service center are highly under-qualified to touch sophisticated Yamaha products. Coming back to my subwoofer, I gave it to a local engineer, and got it back as a brand new product again. Highly disappointed and disgusted by this service center. I do not recommend anyone to consult this store.

This repairing centre is the best Yamaha repair centre in the city. They are excellent. They are best.

The person who answered the call was extremely rude and told me I was disturbing him...was also shocked to know he was the proprietor of Shyan Electronics. He rudely told me to phone up the landline number...a number that does not function most of the time. They happen to be the service representatives for Yamaha keyboard instruments. I had to give my Yamaha digital piano for repairs and it one and a half months for them to repair it. Would never have gone in for a Yamaha if I knew the after sales service would be so pathetic.

They repaired my keyboard in one manner and damaged it in another...they intentionally cut off the connection of my usb midi port of my keyboard from the circuit...they did this so that i would come to them again to get it repaired and they will charge me again...they charge very high charges 1600 as service charges...this is yamahas official service center of kolkata and this is what kind of service they are providing.. I think yamaha Should really look into the matter...and improve their services

They took my instrument, kept it for more than a week and after poking them returned the instrument saying it was ok....when I got back home the instrument was as in same condition that I had given them.On calling them they failed to come up with an explanation.A very bad and harrowing experience
