Order was on time, but without gift pack and most importantly EXPIRED 5-star chocolates. I paid 1049 bucks on our parents anniversary and got chocolate bucket with EXPIRED chocolate in a PLASTIC BAG. Thats shameful awful. Fraud and untrustworthy.

The design and item you showed was not delivered. Delivered late.I booked the cake that has flower shape on it but you delivered plane shape without any design.

I receive the cake with melted cream and chocolate . Cake should have been delivered in cool box or in an insulated box at these peak summer season
