One of the worst customer service I have encountered. I bought a hindware chimney which they promised to deliver in 3 days. On the third day they called to inform they have some issues and will deliver on the day after. On the day of delivery I had to call them at least 5 times and every time they were sayin the item will be delivered in 1 hour. Then the driver finally called me. It was an absolute harrasment as they did not even give a proper communication.They broke each of the commitments they made. Think well before you order from here
