The store is looking great after the renovation and the interior environment of the store is very good,The behaviour of the store staff is very friendly and many new collection shoes have arrived from before.

I just made my first trip to this recently opened store. They were friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable. Id never had my feet measured before, and its important to know what your true shoe size is, for each foot. I found a great pair of shoes, and left confident that Id made a good choice, both in store and in shoe. I highly recommend!

No collection... very disappointing

Staff was attentive, gave honest and great suggestions and patient with us. He was generous with her time and allowed us to try several pairs of shoes whilst making the whole shopping experience flawless.He knew what size your feet were before you even told her!Such a great experience where and absolutely worth every penny, but didnt feel the pressure to buy straight away. I really appreciated that.

Huge collection of all types of shoes. Nice ambience. Polite behaviour. Great hospitality. i am too much pleased to shop from here. a great Bata Showroom in Belgharia or you may you call north-east extended kolkata.

Good old Bata shoe shop.. a little older interior.. display items are covered with dust.. you select yours from them and get a similar one from their backyard stock with no dust..! upto now, friendly staff... Exchange time is daytime.. not in the evening
