Probably famous singer, composer Sri Nachiketa Chakraborty composed the song O Daktar after getting in touch with Dr. Subrata Dey. So commercial, doctor is a rarest to find.As I am staying 350 km away from Kolkata, with due permission from doctor I informed doctor regarding patient condition in whats app 3 times and Dr. Dey responded accordingly.But on next consultation after paying Rs1000/- in advance at Apollo Hospital for consultation fee, he told me to pay Rs3000/- more to him as he had responded to report in whats app for 3 times.Initially I thought, he is joking as I am consulting him for almost 1 year and paid for test prescribed almost Rs60000/-.I told him that I am not carrying that much money, then he gave his bank accounts no. with IFSC Code for online transfer Rs3000/-. I came out of the chamber at Apollo Hospital,Kolkata and got very disheartened with doctors attitude. However I did not transferred the money and stopped continuing consultation to him.

My cousin sister has a critical disease & she was suffering from a disease since she was a new born (10 days old)But after a proper treatment from Dr.Dey, helped her to grew well.Now she is 2 years old n doing fine.My cousins mother is too much grateful to Dr.Dey. But his behaviour is too rude.

My 5 year old cousin came in recently unconscious, and Dr. Dey diagnosed severe diabetes with acidosis. He looked after her day and night. And now she doing better than ever.

One of the best doctor for children

Very Bad experience, only they are sitting for earn lot of money through unnecessary tests, If you have a lot of money than you can go to Apollo, they will suck your all money and you will be a beggar. They are very very professional, they never understand your feelings. God will punish to these doctors.

It was a horrible experience.... This doctor is a greedy and insolent type of doctor... Being from a doctor family i am surprised with his behavior.... This profession is ruined because of these people.
