No customer care. They wont resolve your problem. They are just here to loot your money. Cheater.

There was a time this Alliance was a great ISP in this locality. But in current days it is in a worst service. They are not responsive ,not professional at all. It is a true unfortunate event after become a long time loyal customer of Alliance due such service issue I need to look for an alternative now.

The worst experience a man can have in his lifetime. It doesnt deserve a rating at all. No word is enough to describe the harassment we have faced after installing the Alliance broadband from Satellite Communication, Hossainpur. They did not configure the Router from the Laptop and mobile phone. Tried to reach out several times but nobody helped us out. They just said that they only provide the LAN and configuration is a problem of the customer. It is his (customers)responsibility to find a tech savvy person from his (customers) friend zone to configure the Router with the gadgets. It is really disgusting. Leaving the connection without using it for a single day. I want to urge people not to take broadband service from Alliance, Satellite Communication, Hossainpur without knowing everything in details. Otherwise u might have to face the same as I have.
